Today was a strange one. I'd like to think of myself as a positive person but sometimes and somethings just bring me down. Everyone has there own way of dealing with shit. Mines is usally delt with by spending some alone time doing some gardening or going for a cycle. Both I've done today and both I enjoyed :) I also had roller derby training tonight, working with our new fresh meat! Finally there onto hitting :) After two hours of skating fun I headed home. Had a well deserved shower and pizza now chilling with mark watching some shity movie ah how I love my strange little life :)

It's a holiday blog! Last week I went on holiday with my sister, her 3 kids and my mum. It's the first time I've traveled outside of the uk with them. Both my mum and sister are very eh umm un traveled? Both get lost going to the capital.... It went pretty well actually! Lucky me and my mum visited the exact same hotel just a few year ago for my 21st birthday otherwise I'd have prob have had to guide all of them! The weather was ok it was mostly like a summers day here in Scotland. At this time of year it is still classed as winder in Portugal... I'd be happy with 22c average winter temperature! One day it did rain but the rain was still warm unlike here in Scotland! We spent most of the time at the pool and the beach as that's what the kids really only wanted to do! We tried to visit the old town but the kids just complained and moaned about it all. I ended up just kinda doing my own thing. I felt safe there and already visited most of the places before I sort of knew my way about so I didn't mind doing my own thing. One of the days I was there was my birthday so I booked us all on a jeep safari... turned out to be a disaster! It was a bus! We hardly spent any time it in as we were just dropped off in random places to walk about. Don't get me wrong I love wondering new places but with you have 3 lazy kids and a moaning sister with you its not too enjoyable! All in all the holiday was alright.... Hopefully me and mark will be visiting Portugal together soon once my buiness is up and running a bit better!

Hanged out with my two cookies in the garden today. Started to get my garden summer ready! Got a fence painted and my veg patch dug out! Hopefully the weather stays nice so I can get the other fences painted! Here's another blog! So I ordered Wreck this Journal a few days ago from Amazon and revived it day on a Sunday? Weird huh but it definitely happened!? I pretty much started it as soon as I opened the box! For the past few weeks I've been pretty obsessed with YouTube videos of others doing them. I wouldn't say I'm anywhere near as artistic or creative as others but I still think it'll be fun! Let's but my higher High School art to the test shall we? I started off with the scribble page and for some reason got more enjoyment out of it than expected! I also ordered some new doggy shampoo and have a few peoples dogs booked in next week for a nice wash and blow dry! Got a start somewhere eh? Just chilling out with mark watching shitty tv... It's February already? Time flys when you are having fun huh?
