The age of consent is there to protect minors from predators, if a 14 year old wants to have sex with another 14 year old it’s not going to stop them but if a 20 year old wants to have sex with a 14 year old that’s a different story?

The only purpose of a “sex license” would be to enable pedophiles to prey on children easier lol, definitely a normal thing for a 30 year old man to propose
