i do have a few!!!! surprisingly with my also adult time and indecisiveness i havent played a lot. i have more in my 'to play' list than i actually have so my favorites is a little short!!! but i do have a lot of like indie/itch games i can talk about since theyre pretty short but ill leave those off because this is already pretty long 😭

butttt if i were to talk about my favorites or ones that i have played...

id say definitely amnesia: extremely good, a classic. if youre playing otome games and dating sims and you havent played amnesia youre missing out. honestly the blueprint. i really need to replay it because its been so long!!!

nameless (the one thing you must recall): of courseee nameless. one of cheritz first games ever and honestly out of the trifecta (dandelion, mysme, nameless, we dont talk about the ssum.), its the one that stuck with me the most purely for how much i LOVE ball jointed dolls. its funny, its a little darker than the other ones just in terms of content and i prefer that a lot! though i dont love how cheritz has been after mysme, i think their older games hold a lot of water and really show a company that loved what they did before money and fame clouded it all up

hatoful boyfriend is a really old one but i really love it. i have such a soft spot in my heart for it and this is one that i really really want to replay. i love it. i think its the first dating sim that i had ever been exposed to and its SO fun. its insanely dark in some parts. its incredibly good. its fun, its funny, its everything. its BIRDS. i LOVE birds. i love this game so much. wonderful game. incredible. i love you hatoful boyfriend

dmmd. of course its here. it has to be. insane game. crazy. aoba exists. there are evil (not) twins. there are actual twins. all of the men in that game want to kill him. he has a dog. he can fuck the dog. its basically the perfect game, it has everything. it has a large and evil tower. whats there not to love. id love to play nitrochirals other game but i just havent found the time lately......

an honorable mention is love unholyc [mobile only] (pronounced un-holic, which i didnt realize until recently??? really shook up my world when i found out.) its a fun game, takes the mysme formula but shifts it into something else. imagine youre the succubus-thing but the men that love you are freakier, made by the same company as "what in hell is bad" which is also very good and i am currently playing right now! extremely funny and sweet. i have the same feeling about prettybusy as i used to about cheritz, and i really have hope for the direction theyre going in currently.
