I Wish They Would Disappear I Wish They Would Die

Calling all SE MI Freaks. My friend and bandmate Mike made a film about Detroit punk and DIY music. He interviewed a bunch of people involved in the Detroit Punk scene (myself Included)  for this project to get their prospective on not only punk, but also how the city is changing.Detroit has been in the media a lot over the past few years, from bankruptcy to political struggles to the overall changing landscape. One thing that hasn’t been talked about is it musical influence. not only punk, but all music, Detroit has a rich history and impact of performers and artists coming out of the city and It’s really cool to see some light shed on our little corner of the music (anti-music) landscape. stocked to be apart of this project and can’t wait to see the final product. He also used one of my photos of the gulags playing at the unholy hole for the poster.
