it is really unfortunate that knowing im being irrational does not change my behavior
#not to show emotion but#mycomplex#im so tired im abt to have a meltdown toddlerstyle#youβd think the solution would be going to sleep. wrong!!#i donβt want to be alone! so i canβt sleep#so youβd think the solution would be asking for company. wrong!!#what if i am secretly being selfish and hoarding the finite resource of friendship(??) from ppl who need it more(???)#but that is an irrational thought! so youβd think knowing that would change my actions. ABC style. WRONG!!
