Recently got rejected which whatever boo who I’m over it, but being a BPD AND anger holder I am extremely prone to out bursts of just fucking aggression and hatred. Really sucks that I fucked up our dynamic because without support (cuddles, hugs, kisses all platonic or not) and someone to safely get my anger out on (bantering, flipping off, arguments) I just lash out and I have no way to self regulate

Shit hit the fan tonight and when I get upset I get bad weed cravings. God. I felt so seen. So related to. For once the storm was under control. I could speak my mind without hurting and he’d take it because he knew it was playful. But it was reciprocated. I hate everything. We persecutors are never gonna have something good going for us, are we?
