Petyr Baelish

Ironic how the majority is starting to hate this season. Now you know how we, the Petyr Baelish fans, felt last season. It’s frustrating when your favorite character isn’t done justice because the writers don’t know what they’re doing and butcher every aspect that makes them who they are, isn’t it? It’s frustrating seeing their greatest attributes ignored, only for them to be written the way the writers want them to be, instead of the way they should be. It’s outrageous and insulting. I like other characters very much but decided last year not to watch Game of Thrones anymore, and I’m glad I did because I see how frustrated everyone is. I have a feeling the ending will be very unsatisfactory for many reasons and it’s a shame because this was once the most intellectually captivating show. It’s okay for a character to be emotionally driven, but what happened to steady rational and considered goals? You know, strategy? What a waste of potential.. Such a shame they didn’t consult the one who knows the characters best, more. You know, that one important man who could’ve guided the series properly. GRR Martin. Such a shame.
