Tbh I don't think that Crystal was real in Yellowjackets I think that she was just a hallucination from starvation by Misty and the other yellowjackets see Misty talking to herself and because they're also starving they just play along out of delirium and we never see anyone else talk about Crystal in the adult timeline and they hardly even acknowledge that she's gone I mean they look for her but by the time Misty gets to where her body was she's gone also I don't think Misty would've just gave away her deepest secret to a girl she just met if she wasn't delirious I think there's more proof to back this up that I just can't think of right now
