I finally had the energy to art!!

Basically, I listened to Brutus by The Buttress for an entire day straight and started this :)

I spent about three days messing with it until I was happy with what it was. Decided to just power through the mistakes I made instead of giving up like I usually do when I can't draw something properly. The texture of this paper makes me want to take my skin off (too many layers of different pens), but I like looking at it. I had fun with this, and I'm really proud of myself for finishing it in three days. I know it doesn't seem like much, but it's been like two years since I filled an entire page with doodles like this (and sadly, it's in my notebook instead of my sketchbook). I like what I did with the axe, though I have no idea how it's connected to the song. Lots of shapes! Especially swirls, they're like my favorite thing ever right now, and I don't know why :D

Ignore all the scribbled writing, I kept going back to this whenever I had five minutes to add something. I'm trying to get less busy so I can paint and stuff, but school has decided to torture me 😔
