I just dont wanna expect something that wont be there /: which is a good few lbs on the scale lost......... I am trying to wait as long as possible bc I do not want to see me in the 140s on the scale ever again in my life as I have seen the last couple months after changes and everything anyways

#btw 146 or 147 i cant remember was my HW and i am still shocked i got to that point ):#last checked i was at 144 and have been for a couple weeks ugh but that was a couple weeks ago i checked #i havent been walking or doing anything/:

I have been keeping my weigh ins down to once a week since the progress has been slow and it has helped w me not binging or doing anything dumb

my weigh ins are typically saturday morning (or whenever I wake up saturday)

I am nervous as to what it will be this week /: I have been mostly consistent but tonight I ate two slices of frozen pizza /: on TOP my dinner i had at 5 pm which was broccoli and a 4 ounce steak ugh

#i am losing every week though just progress is slow #but i am making longterm habits that arent inherently unhealthy ...... i don't think so at least #mind wise yes but body wise no
