I haven’t read IS fanfictions in a while as most disappoint/bore me, sorry. 

Imperfection by foreverloved. Itasasu, mentions of one sided Kakasasu and Narusasu, quite dark, a very dark, obsessive and controlling Itachi and a very pure Sasuke. A very cool fic. Too bad it’s discontinued but I really had to mention it because the plot is very interesting.

Ruthless by LordYouko. Angst/romance, violence, Itasasu, M. very dominant Itachi.

Purpose by KuroiKagi, M. Pre-reveal, dark Itachi, mutual obsession, very unhealthy.

Idolatry by Shurikenx. Itasasu, dark-ish, sadomasoch*sm and sub/dom dynamics, I haven’t read this one yet but I’m sure I’ll like it cause the author is good.  

The Never Played Symphonies by stinathewicked. Ok this fic is bottom Sasuke fest, to put it bluntly I don’t agree with most of the characterization, the plot is confusing and most of it all there is sas*naru, such a strong NOTP for me, but Itasasu is so abusive and Itachi is possessive so you might like it.
