This took so long I kept changing things and adding things, hopefully my process over time will get faster and less messy. I mostly wanted to practise fabric and folds, the art in Olga Dugina and Andrej Dugin's the Brave Little Tailor as well as various Mucha paintings helped there (also kinda obviously inspiration for the background). So I drew Elesh Norn as a human and draped her in fashion from various historical eras.

All the plants and fungi in the background are poisonous to humans :) From top to bottom- Death cap, bluebell, greater celandine, foxglove, deadly nightshade, yew, holly, fool's conecap, lords and ladies, lily of the valley, bittersweet nightshade and fly agaric. The berries dotted around are yew.
