we’ve seen the consequences of achieving bankai so quickly with ichigo & his relationship with zangetsu; i wonder what the implications were for kisuke achieving bankai in three days. ichigo had an emergency as the reason he achieved bankai so quickly, but it seems kisuke did it out of curiosity. did that affect his relationship with benihime, and how?
another post i've seen here mentioned that when kisuke's zanpakuto is in its concealed form (the cane) rather than his awakened zanpakuto. this is another interesting detail, and i wonder if this connects to him achieving his bankai in three days? to show a sort of disconnect, maybe, with benihime? or am i reaching?
