laundry. it's very satisfying to have all the clothes clean and all my outfit options unlocked.

6: aside from picking up the phone and ordering takeout? i’m a big fan of sushi rice, tuna salad made with kewpie mayo, sriracha, and rice vinegar, scallions and celery if it’s in the house, and nori sheets if they’re in the house. Lazy ass white girl “onigiri”.

23: that’s a big question! I haven’t traveled much. I really love portland maine, and i had a great time in burlington vermont. new england cities surrounded by nature my beloved. My wife and i are going to acadia national park for our anniversary soon, so maybe that will take the cake.

1: favorite kitchen appliance

if i’m picking from small appliances i think right now it’s my ninja blender, since it is smoothie season. I use the toaster oven more often, but ours has started to break so it’s pissing me off haha.

18: have you changed fields in career/education?

yes! Kind of more than once. I studied game design/game art in undergrad, could not get a job doing that and instead worked in marketing for a b2b management company, had a breakdown because that job was soul sucking and wound up in early education, had a breakdown because that job was exhausting, and wound up in youth services at a public library and loving it
