There’s a smirk on his face, mostly due to her hesitation. Oh this really was happening. Trunks would love to join her but he’s far too distracted by watching her undress..just her in her bra..her body was far better than what he anticipated in his mind. "It was a good question. And not take it seriously?? I'm the son of a scientist, we take things like this seriously so we can test them out ourselves. So if the kids are tucked in..or we can just ask Ryo (name holder for the 13 yr old) to handle that while we attend our little experiment."
"I guess I was just a little worried you might tease me for it....." She admits sheepishly while scratching the side of her cheek. "If you want I can ask him to hold down the fort for a little while. I'll meet you out front?" There was no reason to be so nervous and yet she could hear her heart beating in her ears.
After quickly finding Ryo and getting him to agree to watch the rest of the kids for the evening, she rushes to meet Trunks out front. "If there's anything you'd want to try tonight would be a good time."

If he was eating it'd definitely be a spit take moment. But now that he's thinking about it. He has the energy and strength to ensure that they're safe. Huh.. "I-...never thought about it before. But you asking me must really mean you trust me. I'd give it a try."

Trunks has far too many majors it was a miracle he had time. "Though we could use a new algebra professor. Hiroko's very...I dunno lazy." (No he's not. Trunks is just too smart.)
"Mr. Hiroko!? You kidding he's one of the harshest teachers in the school! You're only saying that because that brain of yours is freakishly huge." She makes her point by poking that big forehead of his to boot. "So you can't date me because you'd be too busy being a hero and helping out with the kids... So why the Mrs. Briefs? Unless I somehow spoiled the surprise that I'm getting adopted by your family..... Which no offence I rather marry into the family than be adopted."
“You do all of this so easily. You’d be a great mom.” He remembered his mother would always repair his ruined gi whenever training with his father turned out to be too much for the gravity chamber. Oh man, if Ayaka wasn’t here he would have said something else..agh..looking after kids is soo hard.

With a tap of the screen AIA had brought up a little hologram while hacking into the subway’s surveillance to catch a train speeding through the tunnels. Something must have happened to the conductor and if this continues, it could spell trouble. “Time to put the homework on hold.”
“You’re going to stop the bad guys Uncle Trunks?” Ayaka asked innocently as she’s put down gently onto the couch.
“Got that right. HEN-SHIN!!” With the command and a push of his watch, he’s surrounded by a light, and once it vanishes, Trunks was clad in his costume. With no time for posing, he rushes out of the house in flight. And at that moment his voice was heard over her laptop, his girl in the chair: his partner.
“How about after this you give me a more intimate lesson on how to sew?”
"Well I had about 8 years to learn, it just takes practice." The compliment about her being a good mom did bring a smile to her face though. "Oh a handkerchief that shouldn't be too hard, heck that's something you could sew by hand if you're patient enou—"
Suddenly the voice of AIA cuts through the conversation and it was go time. Looks like he'll have to go be a hero. The first time he transformed it was beyond corny and she couldn't help cringe. Now, it's grown on her and she couldn't help but give him a thumbs up as she opened up her laptop he gave her to be his girl in the chair.
"If you manage to save the day and bring me back something sweet I might even teach you how to thread the needle." In the beginning she'd get flustered over his little jabs and flirty comments. But as she got used to him and his antics it was getting easier to throw back quips of her own.
"Alrighty missy, since Oji-san's out there stopping the bad guys could you do me a favor and start rounding up the kids for bed time? Yuu-nee has to help the hero fight the bad guys. So you kids better be fighting those cavities before you lay down."

Yuu had been so engrossed in the hero's battle in the show she was easily startled by Trunks' sudden proclamation. "A super hero? Really? I mean that would work with protecting your identity but how are you going to get your hands on a suit that won't get destroyed easily?" With his sewing skills? It'd fall apart before he could even put it on.
"Armor? Since when does Capsule Corp produce armor!?" There were even more secrets about his life and family she didn't know about?! "Ugh you have some explaining to do when you get back, the kids should be in bed by the time you get back." Lets see it took him a couple minutes to get from Osaka to school by flying. So.... It'd take him like an hour at most to get back from the states?
His eyes opened wide. “Whoa you’re psychic?!?” It takes a while before the information was absorbed into his head and before she knew it he was gushing about her. The boy who could fly at supersonic speeds was incredibly impressed with her ability. “That’s soo awesome!! Ha! You cheater, that means no matter how good I tried to hide it you would have known either way.” It would be a burden to have..just think of how many secrets she could uncover.
“Now..about this orphanage you live in. You said the guy has dealings with powerful people in the yakuza right?? That’s going to be a problem, but at the very least, I can protect you today.” He spoke softly as he’s now pacing around in his room… “Fighting will just cause problems, the police would get involved eventually and I might even get deported if I’m caught. There’s no way I can even make a deal with them because it will just blow up in my face down the line.” Trunks sighed as he sat on the edge of his bed. Fingers gripping through the locks of his lavender hair.
“This is soo frustrating..you said you were going to get in major trouble going back home…what if -” Trunks pauses for a moment before pulling out his wallet and then a credit card. I’ve got at least four thousand american dollars worth on here..most are just savings from my job as a substitute Park Ranger. What if I gave you half?? And you go back home tomorrow..cash? Will that save you from a day of punishment until I find a solution??”
"Hey don't go blowing hot air just yet, it's not something I can actually control." She puts her hands up to settle his excitement. "It happens at random and the kinds of visions I get are inconsistent. But usually about tragedies or terrible events. Seeing you going gold was a complete coincidence in one of them." Or at least she thinks so. It was the first vision she saw that didn't end poorly for someone.
"Yeah the owner got himself into some crazy debt and he's been forcing the older kids including myself to work to help him pay off. The kicker is there's a crazy high interest rate and he's pocketing some of the money we earn him for himself." Which ends up getting everyone at the orphanage into hot water. If he would just pay everything on time and managed his funds properly the Yakuza wouldn't actually be that big of a deal.
"What? You'd just give it to me? Trunks I—I wouldn't feel right taking your money. That's money you earned." two thousand american dollars.... That would be close to three hundred thousand yen, more than she'd be able to make in a month on a regular shift. Maybe it was easy for him to give it away since he wasn't on hard times or he was just that good of a person but... "It would help out but that's not money I earned. At least let me do something to feel like I've earned this."
Was this woman complimenting him or just joining in on the insult? How could she sing his praises one second and knock him down the next?? Both Vegeta and Bulma’s stubbornness that’s pooled into Trunks’ DNA pushes him to come out of his corner. “Who are you calling not brave enough?!” Trunks said immediately as he removed himself from the corner of the wall, and now marches forward..pushing past the male student.
“And for your information, I know how to manage my funds perfectly.” He’s soo good at it that his mother cuts him off all so he doesn’t grow up spoiled. The one moment he was allowed to touch a sliver of that trust fund was the day he bought the orphanage from the mob.
“Take a hike loser, because the two of us are going on a date right now.” Because classes were done..the teen could take care of the kids while the two were out. They can have one small lunch date and then he’ll fly her back home. “What’d you say?? Or are you too scared to go out with me now?!”
Ah hah! So he was lurking around nearby! Who knew it was this easy to rile him up?
'He's Vegeta's son, if you put his pride into question he'll definitely rise to the challenge.' she remembered his mother giving her this advice and as Trunks charges forward with his chest puffed out, she began to see his mother was definitely right.
"pfft scared? Of you? No way. If you think you can rise to the challenge I'll happily go on a date with you." She was smug as she holds her hand out for him to take.
"Took you long enough to ask by the way."

That was Yuto…hmmm what we want with Yuu he wondered? He know she shouldn’t, but Trunks decided to stay at the edge of the wall so he could eavesdrop on the conversation. And from what he heard, it seems Yuto is asking her out on a date. That sneaky son of a bitch. Quickly, he peeks from the corner to get a look at her expression…and it was drier than day-old onigiri.
But then again he also wouldn’t want her to deny it with a pleasant smile on her face. Now there’s a smile on his face when she ignores his advances as well. Trunks soo badly wants to be the one who takes her out on a date.
"I appreciate the offer," She didn't, not even in the slightest. "But I already have someone I like, he's just not brave enough to ask me out himself." Classic provocation. If Trunks was as nosy as she was he was probably around her somewhere.
"Well unlike him I'm man enough to ask you out, why don't you give me a chance?"
"Do you want me to be nice or honest?" The question threw Yuto off and before he could even give an answer she decided for him. "It's cause you're second rate, your grades are mid, your breath stinks so you clearly don't practice hygiene, and compared to him you're as strong as a toothpick." Oh she was BRUTAL. But she didn't want this guy to get his hopes up.
"Y-you can't be serious!!! It's gotta be because he's rich, right? You grew up in an orphanage that's gotta be the reason!"
"First off my background is none of your business, second that's absolutely not it. He has absolutely no financial sense." After all he bought an orphanage!! Who invests into something like that? "If I was after guys with money I would have gone with someone who's better at managing his money."

Yuu asks the little girl with a smile before she takes a seat and scoots it over to sit next to him. "I'll show you the trick to get it to work." This was a super old sewing machine, it was built into the wooden desk. For a techy guy like himself this must look archaic. "It's all about having a good steady hand and keeping a rhythm with your foot presses." She demonstrates as she starts to press the old brass pedal and move the fabric
"Luckily most tears and small holes can be repaired with hand sewing. You'd only need the machine if there's a tear along a seam or we need to make new clothes." After showing him how she does it she picks up Ayaka to set her down so she can wrap herself around him. "Now I'll guide you." Taking his hands she guides his hands on where they needed to go. "There you go, just hold it steady but not too tight.... Then when you're ready just press on the pedal and slowly feed the fabric through the needle."

“Yeah, butt I’m still not sure how. Trunks on the other hand, would remove his jacket, hoodie and shirt to remain in just a vest as he dispenses vigilante justice.
“An eye for an eye right?” He spoke softly. “Okay hold onto me.” He said as he then charges up, a burst of energy is felt flowing around him and then just like that, he takes off , speeding through the clouds like a bullet. Without him uttering a single word he’s able to explain how he’s always able to make it to school on time, as a mundane three-hour train ride Trunks turned into five minutes as they arrived at the apartment complex.
It was vast, beautiful, even with the sight of Dotenbori (entertainment district) in the distance. The moment he arrived close enough, their bodies would instantly vanish. Disappearing from any unsuspecting onlooker, and within a second they were within his apartment. (he flew through the wind) “Here we are, home sweet home.” He said with a smile.
The place was..what anyone would expect a genius room to be. It wasn’t filthy, however, he has his mother’s habit of leaving his little side inventions cluttered all over the floor. Now Trunks gave her the freedom of hopping out of his arms. “Sorry for the mess..I wasn’t expecting company.”
The moment he tells her to hold on tight she tightens her grip around his neck and buries her face in his chest to protect her eyes from the strong winds as he soars through the sky. Nervously she peaked open an eye to see the world below whizz on by in a sea of colors. Wow... No wonder he's been able to get to classes on time despite living so far away. Curious, she looks up to see his face.
For a split second she doesn't see Trunks, but a young man wearing a strange costume. It kind of resembled one of the heroes in the west now that she thought about it. What was his name.... Oh drat she couldn't remember. But by the time they arrived at his apartment the vision had long vanished.
"If I'm being honest I haven't told you all of my secrets." Yuu admits sheepishly as she looks around at his room. She hesitates to get out of his arms, it was actually kind of nice being carried around like this, but he'd tease her if she didn't jump out. "The reason I knew it was you was that... Well you know the first day we met at the café? When you and those jerks showed up I saw a vision of what would have happened if you hadn't have stuck around and stole those pills from them. That's how I figured out you weren't with them because I barely managed to catch you snatching them." Ugh she hated talking about her visions, they always freak people out and it wasn't even something she could control either. They just.... Happened.
"I had a vision of you with golden hair saving people.... It's strange usually my visions are all bad so I wasn't expecting it..... Sorry you probably think I sound crazy."
Damn this woman..DAMN, she just had to be soo damn playful too..ugh he knew doing that would have been a mistake, but he just had to add that for AIA's command whenever Yuu calls out for her. "Dating would never fly.." After all whenever there was a disturbance..no matter how big or small, Saiyaman X would be there for the people. "Not to mention we've got too many kids to take care of." He's forever grateful for his father for letting him help whenever Bulla needed tending when she was just an infant. Had it not been for those days he would have been utterly lost with most of these kids..Ugh not to mention Ayumi with her hair problems.
"Wait I'm confused..... You put me as Mrs. Briefs on AIA but you don't want to date me?" Talk about mixed signals..... And what was going on about with having too many kids? "Iast time I checked I'm a virgin, and I'm pretty sure I would remember if we had kids." Was he talking about the orphans? Then why would he say it like that? If someone overheard him they definitely would have gotten the wrong idea about their relationship.
