the bravest souls in fan spaces are the people who selfship with a character that already has a wildly popular ship in the fandom. you looked at a tidal wave of fan meta and fics all pairing your fav with another popular character and said okay. but what if i was the one kissing them instead? extremely powerful aura.

i think QPR and very strong friendships need to be represented more like sureee everyone says A and B are dating, but really they could be tightly intertwined best friends. they could be QPR. they could be very loyal to eachother. we need more "love" that isnt purely represented as romantic or sexual. give us more family love! more friend love! more kinds of love!
