im sorry that one fucking person is being so stupid in the comments of your post about gooseworxs ban theyre always minimizing transmisogyny and getting defensive when transphobia is called out by both constructive critics and fans alike theyre just a bitter asshole who hated that jax turned out to be a trans woman and has been misgendering jax on posts of her being transfeminine/basic posts saying that being a bully doesn't mean she should be drawn and quartered by caine.

Misgendering Jax is so cowardly and lame. So many Jax haters do it. (And I'm not just talking about people who use he pronouns I mean people literally calling her a man or nonbinary or a 'misogynist' or using other loaded language) It’s like, I don't get it. Hate her with your full chest !!

I didn't know about that person specifically, but it does not surprise me. It was clear they had no real counterpoint and just wanted me to shut up about the harassment and misogyny.

The funny thing is she literally DOES get drawn and quartered by Caine. I can't believe people have so much smoke for Jax's actions but none for Caine. Imo Jax is what a lot of people would be like if they were stuck in a digital world, meanwhile Caine was sort of a psycho !

i still headcanon Jax as a cis male. he's top 3 tadc characters for me, and idk what this post means by 'misgendering'- goose said all walks of life are welcome when it comes to Jax's identity (as in, we can do whatever we want)

if op thinks of Jax as transfem, obviously if i call Jax he then i am misgendering him in their eyes (couldn't find pronouns in desc or pinned, if you're reading this my apologizes op). i am not transphobic, gender just doesnt matter in my view of the character. if i viewed Jax as a trans girl, which is my second favourite hc, it would still fundamentally be Jax regardless. he still has healing to do, and he's not irreedeemable. hell, it's arguable he doesn't need to be trans or come out as trans (if you headcanon him as such) for him to let go of all his bad behaviours.

i am also not actively choosing to be against trans Jax, it's simply just not a concept i'm drawn to. and since i know i'm not a bad person or transphobic by saying i enjoy thinking of a character as a cis male, i don't feel any type of pull towards changing my view on Jax. he's still him, whether he's a she or not.
