                       Slowly, Bubbles allowed her gaze fall to the                        large arrangement of supplies and notes that                        now littered the floor. Surprisingly enough, he                        was right nothing was broken!

             ❝ Yes! Of course, I'll help you! ❞

"Oh, nice to meet you, Bubbles!"

Good thing Pit had the eagerness to go with hers.

"Yup, new and lookin’ around, favorite color’s blue, LOVE kittens, sorry about your evil kitty experience, hope that gets better, don’t let it scare you away from future kitties-"

He was hardly deterred by a fellow… er, overeager person. Yeah, that’s the word. Words. Yes.

Rapunzel smiled gratefully and followed Bubbles. She looked around at the art in the hallways. Rapunzel loved to paint, she wanted to do it for a living, however her Mother had other plans in mind for her.

"These paintings are beautiful, did the students do them?" she asked Bubbled curiously.

            Bubbles had been ready to point out the nearest of her favorite classes             when the other blonde brought the paintings to her attention and that only             proved to bring an, surprisingly enough, even brighter smile to settle             upon her lips.

                            ❝ Yep! And you see that one there?                                 —— With a sunset? I made that                                 one, and this one here with the                                 cubes? My sister Blossom made                                 that one. Oh! And that one with the                                 moon? That one's my other sister's,                                 Buttercup's, painting! ❞

"Wh-what did you do!? You wouldn’t have to be sorry if it’s not too serious! I’m sure there’s no harm done. "

        ❝ Well, I was going down the hall. I guess I wasn't looking,             and I accidentally knocked over a vase. It doesn't look             too bad does it? ❞

            Okay. She’d try this again. “I’m from…another world.” She said. “Humans aren’t common there. There’s mostly animal creatures, like me.”

          Almost instantly, a bright, excited smile           illuminated the kindergartner's features.

                                        ❝ Really? That's awesome! Are there                                             bunny creatures? I love bunnies! ❞

            ❝ Don’t worry, my dear, nothing is really broken ! ❞

           That caught her a bit by surprise.

 ✖ ! ━━━━ ❝ seriously, bubbles? c’mon.                              Don’t tell me you’re scared. It was                              nothing, alright? It was probably                              some dumb ass squirrel falling out of                              a tree. ❞

                        ❝ Who said anything about being scared?                             I'm not scared! I was just asking if you                             heard anything. ❞

Rapunzel laughed. “You’re absolutely right. Since I’m new here, would you mind showing me around? This school is kind of big and I really don’t want to wander around like a lost puppy,” Rapunzel said.

                          ❝ Of course! I know this school                               like the back of my hand! ❞

        The blond, ever eager to help in anyway         she could, was positively beaming now.

                                      Yeah! Well, actually, I have two                                       sisters. Their names are Blossom                                       and Buttercup. Blossom's super                                       smart; she's the smartest in all                                        of Townsville, and Buttercup's                                       the toughest person, I know! She                                       can step on a beetle without being                                       scared once! ❞

Every time Rapunzel tried to answer Bubbles’ questions, she’d raise another. The blonde laughed and held up her hands. “Whoa, whoa, whoa, hold on,” she laughed. “It’s nice to meet you Bubbles, I’m Rapunzel. I am actually pretty new here. My favorite color is green thanks for asking and I’ve never had a kitten but I know that they are sweet…most of the time.”

                    ❝ It's nice to meet you too, Rapunzel. ❞

        Bubbles' ever present smile pulled further at her lips.         Even through her teenage years, the Powerpuff had         managed to keep a tight hold on her exuberance and         many childlike qualities, not that it was very difficult         with her sisters and her father at her side.
