These look so damn cool but also look like a nightmare to try and tally at a glance.
This is the post that made me realize they were dice and not just cool cubes
Heads up PayPal is changing ToS again
And they are getting even more strict when it comes to not using invoices for charging for Digital Goods.
Whatever Invoices make you uncomfortable or not, you gotta start using them if you want to keep your PayPal and your money. Changes starting this October 19th.
Honestly I donât get why so many artists are so overwhelmed by invoices, takes just a few clicks to set up.Â
And is not only âoh you have to use invoices because PayPal says soâ if you donât use invoices youâre putting yourself at risk of being scammed by an user abusing the buyerâs protection.Â
Since PayPal ainât got no idea of what those $50 you received were for, but the buyer is saying they didnât got anything for the money, PayPal will just side with the buyer.
Iâm seriously begging ppl, start using invoices. Iâm tired of seeing ppl complain their paypal was banned, or is under investigation, or worse, the $100 they got for a very complicated commission, 3 months later get a refund issue.Â
just
start
using
invoices
for your own sake.Â
Here is how you use invoices because I canât keep playing devilâd advocate, yes I would love to help you get your PayPal restored but just this last month I had to help three persons, and they were MORE than aware of this issues.Â
Just protect yourself.Â
Step 1. You login and click here
Step 2. You click create new Invoice. YOU NEVER CLICK REQUEST MONEY, unless you want to risk yourself to get scamer by buyerâs protection exploit and not only lose your money but your paypal account, and any future paypal linked to your irl name.Â
Step 3 You follow this steps
1. Invoice for amount only
2. Ask your client for their PayPal email and put in that field
3. Add a vague description of what youâre doing, something like âCharacter Coloured with Backgroundâ is good enough, and if you need more than 1 character you can type in â2âł where it says amount, or just say â2 charactersâ.
Warning: donât type in âNaruto rawing Sasukeâ. That will get you banned.Â
4. Click send.Â
Optional steps. Create a template, doesnât take more than 10 minutes and it will save you a lot of time for future invoices, you can even click on âitemsâ right next to âcreate invoiceâ and add a list of services you offer such as âcharacter sketchâ âcharacter flatsâ along with a price, so next time you invoice you just add to the invoice from your list of items and you saved yourself some more time.Â
More importantly, you protect yourself from buyerâs protection exploit because if PayPal knows youâre doing digital goods, then you will be allowed that you did in fact created a digital good.Â
Keep PayPal happy, as for right now there are no alternatives to this service, and this is the only source of income for many freelancers.Â
Stay safe.Â
Heads up, all commissioning artists
Iâll be doing this from now on!
ADDING THIS BC I HATE PAYPALLLL OK so when you send/make invoicesâŚit doesnt let you choose âdigital goodâ or differentiate between âgoods (as in physical)â and âservicesâ (as in doesnt need address) which is what you could do with micropaymentsâŚ. SO WHEN U SEND INVOICE the buyer will be asked for their shipping address.  ( I even had the options turned off for shipping?? I was pretty sure there USED TO be an option that you turned off and then it wouldnât ask for shipping, but that doesnt seem to work anymore? I went to where the setting was and still had the boxes unchecked, and yet my buyer was still getting asked to put in shipping address, and when invoice was paid, i was being asked to provide shipping label by X date or Consequences.) SO APPARENTLY YOU HAVE TO DO THIS as the SELLER
SO go to the invoice (i think this can be done BEFORE the buyer pays?? Didnt try myself tho, i did it after it was paid), and click on VIEW DETAILS in that first boxÂ
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ADD TRACKING INFOÂ (YES COUNTER-INTUITIVE AS BALLLLLS.)
of course HERE IS WHERE YOU'REÂ GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS ON PROCESSING DIGITAL GOODS. HIDDEN BEHIND A BUTTON YOU WOULDNT PRESS IF YOU WERE, SAY, TRYING TO SELL DIGITAL GOODS. Select Order Processed/Service Rendered
YAY this stuff fills itself out and you can save and not have to worry about shipping your Digital Intangible Product to a very confused seller. I am so salt about this. excuse me while i go cry angrily.
Think Iâll reblog this for my own useâŚ
Guess I gotta get used to sending invoices for all transactions soon then
NO EXCUSES GUYS. PROTECT YOURSELF AND OTHER ARTISTS.
Here are two female saiyans named Celly(left) and Cumba(right) that Iâve created for a future project.
I feel like I should make a post about this because itâs not something thatâs very well-known, and that Americans in particular may need to know about given the uncertain state of our healthcare system at the moment. Iâve wanted to write this out for a while, Itâs kind of a long post, so sorry about that!
If you have an emergency and have to go to the hospital, youâll owe the hospital a lot of money. (I got into a car wreck and broke my ankle and my arm. My hospital bill was around $20,000)
Youâll also owe the ambulance provider, if you need one. (My ambulance bill was about $800)
You may get separate bills from the anesthesiologist or surgeon. (My anesthesiologist bill was $1,700)
You may need follow-up appointments. (My orthopedic surgeon billed me for the appointments and his surgery together and it was about $1,000)
Youâve also got to pay for medical equipment you need afterward, like crutches or a walking boot. (Mine cost about $75)
Altogether, I ended up with almost $24,000 in medical debt from one car accident. Thatâs a really scary number for someone like me who makes $10/hr at a 12 hour a week job.
I got my debt down to $1075 by making some phone calls and submitting some paperwork.
The first thing I did was contact the hospital. They donât make it easy to find, but many hospitals (perhaps most hospitals?) have financial assistance programs for people who canât afford medical bills. I donât make a lot of money, and I have bills to pay, so they were able to help me. I called the billing department and asked if they had any assistance programs for low income people who canât pay their bills. I had to call multiple times, and I got transferred in circles by people who didnât know what I was talking about. Finally, I got an appointment with someone in âEligibility Servicesâ (I donât know what other hospitals call it, if itâs something different). I had to bring my pay stubs and copies of all of my bills. When I got to the hospital for the appointment, nobody knew what I was talking about so I had to wander a little to find where I needed to go. I spoke with the guy in Eligibility Services, and I waited for a decision on how much of the bill they would forgive. A month later, I got a call telling me it was totally forgiven.
I did the same thing for my ambulance bill and my anesthesiologist, but the process was a LOT easier. I just had to mail some paperwork and it was totally forgiven.
I didnât bother with the medical equipment suppliers, since the bills came from separate companies and I didnât feel like going through the process twice for $75. I was assured at the hospital that they had similar programs for debt forgiveness, so I could have probably avoided paying that too.
The only thing I couldnât get taken care of was the surgeon/follow-up appointment cost, but they were able to put me on a no-interest payment plan.
Medical debt is scary because itâs something that can come from stuff thatâs already really scary. I didnât need the burden of $24,000 in debt on top of trying to get around on a crutch with a broken arm (itâs not easy, believe me!).. but I canât imagine what it would be like with a bigger debt or a more severe medical emergency. I see lots of people in even worse trouble than I was in, both financially and medically. Please know that there are options for you when that GoFundMe doesnât do enough. Even if your income is higher than mine, itâs worth a shot even for partial debt forgiveness.
I am about 900% sure there are people who don`the know this.Â
PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU LIVE IN AMERICA AND HAVE MEDICAL BILLS
I had to do this once as well and I can ABSOLUTELY confirm that this is true.
Get in contact with the hospital. Donât justâŚsit there and let the anxiety grow and panic and then ignore it in an effort to find peace.
Well I know I can use this!
This is a MUST reblog

Here is another mamono from the BattleMamono setting. This one is known as a Lecchi. They are a sahuagin and scylla combination with a bit of a maid motif sprinkled on. If you have no idea what those first two are, I suggest you go look up Kenkou Cross' Monster Girl Encyclopedia.
I guess my first post here is going to be of a monster girl for a setting called BattleMamono. The artwork is mine but the basic details of said character isn't
