I had a thought when listening to some of the more recent audios of the Dahlian population. The idea that came across my mind is based on that when couples are together for a period of time they pick up the others traits.

This idea applies to empowered cores and or souls of the informed. When you find your person/mate and stay together for a long period of time their cores/souls start to adapt to and shift to essentially harmonize to each other. It said that if the pair is soulmates it happens quicker but this hasn't been studied closely even though it has been around for a long time.

An example of this if we take the pair of Lasko and Dear, With Lasko water behaves a bit differently than it did before. If studied closely almost slightly like how it behaves with dear. Same with Dear and wind it behaves slightly more like how it does with Lasko.

Another one would be Milo and Sweetheart. Milo is able to sneak around better and Sweetheart is a bit stronger and faster than they were before.(They also have more primal instincts in certain aspects*cough wink wink *cough* it would also go for the other packmates as well)

Dragon slayer from GBAudios is an interesting take with getting a glimpse into an earlier New Tennessee.

It establishes known names and gives us newer ones. It's quite informative the justifications of how bastards are that the ruling class seems to teach to those below them. It puts into focus why specifically the bastards we know are treated as lower than low.(posting this a bit after episode 3)

I appreciate Serius in his current state and believe me I've seen people not like him because he's awful to Cario. I get it I truly do I understand that there also a power dynamic between the two as a knight I am guessing is nobility of some kind and a squire who is a bastard. With all that being said I'm willing to give him grace because, he's at the start of his development as a character in the start of his tale, hes going to be rough and not very sympathetic at first. I am also having this in mind that Serius was raised fairly privileged and hasn't truly interacted with anyone like Cairo and only has the stories and how he was taught to use a reference. He's going to need more than a kiss-and a few conversations with him to fully expand his knowledge to absorb that. I do hope as he gets to understand Cario more and his perspective starts to shift and he becomes more understanding but for now we'll have to wait and see.

Masked Revival Au

Riff (bounty insurance):He's certainly an unique leader out of our batch of bounty groups and more often than not can cost the guild a pretty penny. At the end of the day he's one of the best we got.

Hipswtich(Local bounty hunter Legend): His methods are certainly unique and certainly has more of a showman's flair but he gets the job done.

Albus(Local Bounty Hunter Legend) : He certainly is something... something familiar...hmm? oh you're still recording? Yeah he's alright decent in a fight I guess.

Doctor Mahatma(Head Clinician): He seems very determined and kind to most if not a bit troubled at times. Seems to have quite a bit on his mind.

Inara(Coworker of Réalt): He's one of the more intriguing bosses I've had but he's someone that I'm learning more about day by day.

Fisher (Concerned Citizen?): He's a menace. An entire thorn in my and many other concerned citizens side like most bounty hunters out here. He however is a whole new type of irritation comparable to even Hipswtich. Hell maybe even more so.

The Mute

Karmor went into the rift on springrock to seal it once and for all. It was supposed to be or at least expected to be a one way trip but surprisingly he came out a few months later. He pops back out of the void in Azteca and has to build himself up a bit. Literally with damage from large amounts of his abilities cost him his left arm and right eye.

Our now unmuted welp now going by the name Réalt is a masked entity who has developed a reputation for being a very good bounty hunter and it is an open secret he's a menace to the Mafia. This often discourages team ups from most other groups due to many circumstances. One of these Mafia segments disbanding, he saves and now works with Inara ,a decent long range shot and tactical support, who is a obscuran.

They live in Azteca till a call from Maya's bounty office for more help in the area in which the duo set out for the town.

Hipswtich and company

The gang has slowly moved on from the incident with more threats on the horizon they have to but its not a total loss.

Doc has been reinstated and has his own clinic in town.

Albus frequently visits faithful, messes with devlin, goes on jobs and does his best to stay out of trouble.

Hipswtich...well he is the same of course, goes on jobs with Albus, checks on doc but there's a weight settled on him it's subtle but present. But no matter he is moving forward...he has to.

A few months of Maya's bounty hunters being swamped the head office calls out to other branches to ask for aid in which are promised shelters and plenty of pay. There are mixed feelings in the gang but overall curious about how the new people will mix with the established.

That's it for now this will be a collaboration with both my blogs(Blah993 & Meln02 ).

Ok so I've come across and have been reading crossover fanfiction with, in space with Markiplier and iron lung. I find it fascinating but while I was looking I thought about the isolation ending captain from part 1 (I think?) and Simon met each other. Depending on how you characterize the Captain but they both could be close if not teetering on the last of their hope when an anomaly happens or something shifts and they find something unexpected.

That will most likely never be cannon

TW: Mentions of addiction and violence.

* Freelancer and Sam are related, they have similar energies and are very similar to one another. Freelancer especially in the first few years looked a lot like a young Sam. It was trippy for whoever taught them both. (think Sam is like a brother to one of their parents, plus Uncle sam is just a funny gag that asher would absolutely use in my opinion)

* Treasure having knowledge of or knew lovely personally before they were turned would've been interesting. Also think that treasure was or is a bail bonds person at some point in their life.

*Darlin used to fight in illegal pits for cash before and while running with Quinn (how they met) was introduced to a few addictions by Quinn (he could feel the high through their blood) but has since kicked them since they left Quinn and met Sam. The pack especially the trio( David ,Ash and Milo) noticed the change and is proud.

*Sweetheart and Darlin had a fling when SH was a probie fresh out of the department's academy.(Before SH met Milo)

*Foolverse! Sweetheart was supposed to be a lab tech and wasn't an on the field investigator but due to their family legacy status and the department being short staffed they were pushed into it their first day.

*Dear is a moon bound elemental potentially a hybrid magic type (core is a bit larger than most). Was a part of a rigid militaristic force early in life. However learned to read later in life during a missionary job. Which would be the spark that got them into teaching. Would call lasko treasure or my trinket in their native tongue.

*Porter and Dear have met on missions from their respective royal houses and became fast friends that would beef for fun. Although they haven't run into each other in a few years.

*Honey is a bear shifter who is a little shorter yet stronger than Guy. (Could absolutely pick him up)

Ok so I was thinking about (slightly expanding) a scenario where Karmor has to get his affairs in order with a will and organization of if he were to die and such and he feels like an extenuating circumstance to it and he doesn't want interference or too much protest.

I personally think he'd take Albus.

My thought process is that he couldn't take Hipswtich because as much as the robot would support him I do feel he'd easily find out why, worry extensively slightly spiraling the event into a sign that the mute was giving up and try to intervene.

Mahatma would figure it out and tell the cowboy which maybe Attila would be an ok one to take but I could see him accidentally telling or switching mid errand to Mahatma which would lead to Hipswtich knowing.

Which in the crew would leave Albus which Karmor could persuade or not tell him and have it written out so Albus couldn't put it together as quickly. Maybe the demon would ask if he got suspicious but I doubt he would tell the others if he even got an answer from the mute. Especially if he was sworn to secrecy by Karmor.

In my mind if Karmor had stuff squared away or some inherited wealth he would donate a large chunk of it to a community center or charity that would support abandoned souls and such so that it would help to have less cases like him and or less vulnerable people for the Mafia to exploit. The rest he'd give to the group to help fund their goals(I do have a little outdated post on it here).

Also in my version of the character has a good reputation with the merchant guild which with their help he would set up something with the crew to help adjust with the loss itself.

Another thing that could be an interesting parallel if it were to happen for Karmor's life insurance payout if he could choose it would be the same amount as his bounty that supposedly was made by crow. Implying that they both value his death the exact same amount.

Hipswtich is Rumi talking about the past with the rangers and or the tasks he's done to survive but isn't proud of.

Karmor is Jinu with the prolonged period in darkness and the crow being the monster and the voices being memories of his past.

The silence was harsh against the end of the recording. It took a moment for anyone to speak up. "That was certainly an experience.." the Doc commented looking at his notes so far looking for something else to draw his attention away.

" It was something alright..", Hipswtich commented before turning towards his partner who wore a unsettled look.

Hipswtich looked at Albus who seemed tense and almost unresponsive to any of the conversation.

Before Hipswtich could say anything he noticed the mute signed," How many are left?"

It was a question the cowboy didn't quite understand at first but looked towards the box and said,"Oh..hm there's one left. It looks a little different from the others."

"I don't think it'd be a good idea to play it." Doc objected to the others.

"It's a lead and it might be something that could help." Karmor gestured in counterpoint.

"If you're sure you could handle it. Albus? You wanna weigh in on this?" Hipswtich spoke.

"Huh? Oh uh yeah sure it's fine..." Albus responded snapping out of his daze slightly.

"Alright then.", Hipswtich nodded and played the tape.

Day 152

This is Dr. Alwin Graves, Day 152 which marks as the fifth month of the 7th run of the program in our facility.

This as you know has been a few weeks after our elimination period. This patient attached to this file has refused to record due to us as our psychiatrist says *paper shuffle* grief based on emotional attachment. This minor set back has me to do the record for progress.

An interview we've had with the patient will be played here.

K: Why am I here?

G: I'm Dr. Graves and this is a routine interview to help establish progress-

K:Is this what he did instead of tapes?

G: Who are you referring to?

K: Cole, did he do this with you?

G: cole...*paper rustling* ah Candidate 82, not particularly no. He was interviewed but not in this capacity. Hmm...Unfortunately, 82 was eliminated from the program before this stage.

K: He wasn't 82, his name was Cole Edwin York. He was my friend and you made me kill him.

G: I made you killed him? Seems far fetched to me. In this report he died from a training incident. Would you have me change it to include you in it?

K:Yes

G:Hmm interesting.*scribbles* I think this gives us enough perspective to move forward. Don't you?

The report is as follows other than a few behaviors outside of the signal the patient has top marks in almost all aspects except the quirk of non compliance outside of the call.

It is our next step to find a way around this drawback or solution as soon as possible.

Day 206

This is Dr. Graves and it is day 206 of our program, This subjects quirks have to somehow evolve from minor to major setbacks as his act of defiance has grown.

We've tried to put him under for a slightly longer period than previous runs of the program. However during testing he has been able to resist the call for a moment. If this new found resistance grows... It could be an issue not suitable for presentation. Disposal would be a sound decision however a certain quantity of our elimination trail significantly dropped and the quota is close to being under specifications. We might have to become more experimental in order for this candidate to fully obey. If it fails...I'll file it an occupational hazard.

Dr. Graves this is day 312 and I believe we've made headway with this particular candidate however I will have to include a follow up interview to fully confirm this as a success.

This isn't supposed to happen I don't understand how but he and the others left have gotten loose. Security forces are no longer available and all subduing measures have vanished. I-

*distant crash* Dr.Gaves? Where are you? I was hoping we could talk... I took a look at your records and would love an explanation..

Shit he's here, the phone. I might be able to call someone if I can *beeep beeep*. Disconnected? How did-

*creeek*

Oh look there you are I was worried I'd be looking all night.

Now hold on calm down so I can explain..

Explain what exactly? That you trained children to do as you wish however twisted the desire would be?

No I didn't mean to-

Mean to? Oh you didn't mean to train minors to kill for you? Yeah you see that goes out the window with several runs of this program existing.

I- HEL- *Whack*

*Groan*

Gosh I hate to interrupt but you see I don't have the care or the time to listen to your excuses. What I am going to do is make you a promise, I am going to first have your comeuppance delivered on a silver platter or pipe rather.

W-WAIT PLEASE DON'T *whack*

*hehehe* then I am going to destroy everything that you care for. It won't take much but by the end you and your "legacy"will be nothing but a cautionary tale.

*Hipswtich offering a space in his room for Karmor was something that was a pleasant surprise. It will be interesting if K takes him on it or not.(Flustered Hipswtich was not on my bingo card but thank you for that it was delightful)

*Albus and Doc's silly conversation sent me it was so precious and funny. (Love lighthearted bonding moments for Albus)

*Riste was an interesting addition to the zombie lore. Plus that familiarity might be more evidence of another theory I have(here).

*So dope that Doc gained a new friend that was cute to have them banter at each other.( Like Hipswtich said he needed this.)

*Also Mahatma got more in sync with Attlia was something else I didn't see coming but appreciate it immensely.

*KARMOR? OUR BOY GOT MORE SKILLS? WITH TECH?!? (aka head cannon confirmed?!) that was so much fun to have that be in there.

*So with Fisher's comment I caught means Albus and K are still under observation for now. Which makes me more suspicious about who Agent in the 5th Episode was exactly.

*HUH? ALBUS ALMOST DIED AND WTF SENSEI?? HE'S AN ANGEL MAYBE?? that was a trip but could be useful later on maybe?

*The insurance guy seems like a fairly nice dude. Love the icon just being a hat I think that's clever.

*Hipswtich talking to Karmor and saying that "he's the best partner I've ever had" melted me it was so very nice.

*The bar/restaurant scene felt so cool to see them in a bit more normalish environment and I loved every moment of it.

*OH MY GOD THE WHOLE SCENE WITH HIPSWTICH CARRYING KARMOR AND ENDED UP WITH THEM SLEEPING NEXT TO EACH OTHER. AHHHHHH SO CUTE. (Aka karswitch as a pairing is very dear to me and I wish nothing but the best for them.)

Roll A Story: Mystery of Leslie Green (part 1?)

Leslie had finally been able to unfold the newspaper that was outside of her apartment. The front page was on a cure for an unknown contagion that was solved with department involvement. What truly caught her eye was the smaller article was a candle light vigil happening in the lobby for the anniversary for the victim of an in progress case.

" Still no updates on it? Really? Thought they had more than this..Vigil is a nice touch though." Leslie commented reading through it. As she was going to try and flip another page she heard approaching footsteps.

She turned to catch an approaching figure with short brown hair and slightly diselved office attire. They seemed to stop in their tracks when they seemed to catch sight of something in Leslie's direction. Given an opportunity to look further she noticed it was a more feminine frame and had a small metallic glint on their side of the waist which was recognizable as a badge but she couldn't specify where it came from.

"An investigator? Here? I know it's still a case but I didn't think anyone from the department would care to try to be here in person."Leslie pondered,' Wait can they see me? I don't think so. Though they have been standing awhile and looking in my direction that I haven't noticed anything of interest lately in the hallway.'

It was barely a second before the supposed investigator seemed to snap from their daze with a shake of the head muttering about needing sleep and pressing onwards to the door that Leslie was next to. They grabbed the paper on the ground, opening the door with a key they produced from their coat and wandered in before shutting it behind them.

"Hmm... Guess I have a new roommate? This should be interesting." She commented before standing up and phasing through the door.
