A year ago this young girl comes into my work texting one of her friends. When she arrives at my register she gives me a look like she had fallen into a deep thought, as she just mumbles the words “Cat Facts.” towards me. I couldn’t help but give her the same she was giving me. I believe we stood there for about five minutes before I told her  that when there is a littler of kittens to keep the one with the tail that looks like it’s been cut off. Due to what I hear that they are lucky. She stares at me for a little while before nodding her head and leaving. It took me a few moments to realize that she left without buying the cereal she picked out. Her needing me to help her with a random cat fact  didn’t bug me, what bugged me is why grab cereal and not buying it. 

Worst way to find out how you are conceived. Father talking to me: You weren’t a mistake but you weren’t planned either.  Me: *Confused* (My mother walks into the living room staring at me.) Mother: I raped your father when he passed out after work. I didn’t feel like getting a condom so that is how I made you.  Me: *Horrified*  Father: *pointing at me.* Rape baby....
