Yeah, sometimes the guys ask me weird stuff—usually not in a bad way, just curious or clueless. It's often things about my body or trans stuff that they don’t quite know how to phrase, and occasionally the questions reveal more about them than they realize 😏. I don’t usually mind, though—it’s better they ask than stay awkward. And I always hit them back with, “why do you want to know?” just to watch them squirm a little.

Yeah, there’s definitely one or two I’m closer with—just naturally over the years. We’ve always clicked a bit more, have more late-night talks, inside jokes, that kind of thing. I won’t lie… if something were ever going to happen, it’d probably be with one of them. But nothing has yet.

I’ll probably end up on the sofa or sharing with someone, nothing private or fancy. That’s kind of the whole vibe though.

I'm really sorry you experienced that. I'm always extremely careful and I'm thankful we have a really strong bond between us. I don't feel like this is going to happen but what made you realise this?

None of the boys are openly LGBT, but not long after I came out, there were a couple of moments where one or two of them mentioned maybe being bi—nothing serious, just the kind of late-night, slightly tipsy “maybe I could be into guys” chat that never really got brought up again. I’ve never pushed it or made it a thing, and if anyone’s figuring stuff out, they’re clearly doing it on their own terms. That said, the group’s always been really chill and open-minded—we joke around, overshare way too much, and they’ve never made me feel weird or unwelcome :)

I’ve never acted on anything, and neither have they (as far as I know). But has there been a shift? Yeah—definitely. Like when I’m talking about what I’m into now—guys I find hot, dating stories, little things I’d never have brought up back then. And they notice. They clock the changes: my body, the way I carry myself, how open I am now about liking men. And even if they don’t say anything, there’s always that flicker—on their face, in the silence after a joke, in the way they look at me just a second too long. It’s subtle. But it’s there.
