something i love about kastle fics is that they take a time out of Karen's pov to point out when Frank's face ISN'T scraped or bruised or otherwise messed up as a shorthand for him doing well

Just imagine for a moment David Lieberman meeting Karen Page in the flesh and being all "Karen Page? Frank's Karen?" with a big knowing grin.
