That was the first thought to run through her mind as Lissa walked down the street, on her way back from a visit to one rather particular shopkeeper she considered a friend. Her eyes had been caught by what was arguably the most adorable four-legged creature sheâd seen all week! And, luckily for her, the small canine and its (presumable) owner, a silver haired youth that seemed a little (just a little!) familiar to the girl.
Of course, it wasnât like some creepy old manâs puppy, so naturally there was only one thing to do in such a situation! Steps quickening slightly, the princess drew herself up in front of the teen with her signature bright smile and an equally cheerful voice.
"Awww, what a cute puppy! Can I pet him?"
Subaru never planned on staying out for very long. In fact, he never planned to be out here at all in the first place! Unforeseen circumstances in the form of a very persistent and annoying tutor assigned by the school had unfortunately thrown a wrench in his afternoon plans of sleeping in his room. Obviously he had no plans to go along with the whole tutoring thing heâs been forced into, how stupid! People just deciding shit for him on their own like that.
How long heâs been wandering out with no apparent purpose is unknown but during that time he had ended up with a small companion. Of course Subaru didn't mind this at all. It was nothing heâs new to after all... The puppy was arguably cute of course you wouldn't hear that said by the albino directly. Nevertheless he did enjoy the unexpected company. He tensed up hearing someone approach him. If they're looking for a fight then he'll gladly oblige-Â

Well there's nothing hostile in that...in fact the girl was vaguely familiar.

Oh man I feel like he'd be far from happy to remember his past life. Especially his terrible childhood which had a huge impact on his self esteem. I don't think he'd be happy to remember years and years of his mother doting on him only to freak out at him over how filthy and unwanted he is. In his past life he's always hated himself more than anything in the world. His mother had him unwillingly and because of him his mother couldn't escape. She entrusted him with a silver knife begging him to kill her.Â
I feel like he'd have one of his outbursts and go into withdrawal and try to keep it to himself. However he'd probably feel a bit grateful at how his current life is not the living hell he went through as a vampire. Just needs to know that he's not all alone like he truly believes himself to be;;
On a more amusing note he'd probably go and buy a coffin to sleep in once he remembers his past life. He couldn't survive without one. He needs it man. he carried it into a public karaoke room once- Hell he'd probably find it cool he used to be a vamp since he was the most stereotypical one out of the Sakamaki brothers. He would even constantly remind people about how he's a vampire. Asking him about his favorite food or hobbies would usually earn you "I don't have any because I'm a vampire!" and for crying out loud his least favorite food was garlic.Â

Subaru is very independent and slow to trust others.Heâs always believed that he has/is/will always be alone. Heâs also pretty quiet till something pisses him off as if heâs a cat thatâs had its fur rubbed the wrong way. He may even come across as moody like Scorpios are suggested to! He really lets his emotions [usually anger] get the better of him. He can be jealous and possessive in a âchild who had his favorite toy taken awayâ sense. However he is loyal and when he feels the need to avenge someone close to him heâll do that. He also doesnât like to leave promises/oathes unkept. He will become even more withdrawn when hurt or betrayed. Scorpios are described as ruthless and extreme and unfortunately Subaru is both of those. He may not be manipulative in the same way as a certain fedora wearing brother of his however he does like to use fear and violence to get what he wants which I do feel is very extreme and ruthless to do so. He unlike Scorpios can be very stubborn and I honestly wouldnât label him as a hardworker like Scorpions are described to be.Â
