Another thing this community needs to do: understand the struggles and hate trans and or non-white bisexuals face. Both groups are already fetishized and demonized for non-bisexual reasons but being bi is another added layer.
Very true and a great reminder for those of us who carry privileges despite our marginalization.
This is especially needed when we engage in conversation about biphobia and how it manifests in intraqueer discourse, because a significant portions of the bisexual community identify as BIPOC, transgender, and BIPOC + transgender.
These intersections cannot be ignored when we discuss the various forms of oppression and erasure that the bisexual community faces, and these intersections color the face of biphobia as a whole.
This is specifically why i do not think that any person who argues that the most common example of a bisexual individual is a cis, white, bisexual woman, is arguing their point in good faith. How are you supposed to have any credible knowledge on biphobia and the bisexual experience when you’re writing off two thirds of the community from the very start of your opinion??
My heart breaks for my bisexual siblings of color, and my trans bisexual siblings bc this world sucks the life out of us, uses us for our labor and then discards us when we ask for our rightful recognition and visibility. One step towards said visibility is for non bisexuals to check themselves when they start to assume that all of us are a homogeneous group with no differences or intersectional experiences.
I hope that my page will continue to be a positive place for bisexuals of multiple intersections and that we can continue to discuss our unique struggles and challenges together in a productive and meaningful way. Thank you very much for you ask Anon, i hope you’re having a wonderful day :)
Redid the original Harley Pride Sticker and this is so much better
I also didn’t wanna draw her old costume or the suicide squad outfit so she’s kinda based off street wear/punk/grunge and some outfits she’s had before

Like a month ago I messaged a craft group about accessibility for wheelchairs and the answer I got was “there’s a lot of stairs but we have cute boys who can carry you”.
And it’s…not good. As a wheelchair bound person I largely depend on people when I want to go out and do *anything* so I’m used to it, I laugh it off, make an annoyed post about it and off I go. But I wanna just say a thing real quick.
Even if I wasn’t gay, wasn’t a survivor scared of men, getting help as a disabled person is just…Not a pleasant thing to us! Imagine for a sec how you’d feel being carried up a flight of stairs. You’re a grown person. You’re being touched in an awkward way. You’d rather do it yourself. You’re So Uncomfortable. It’s not where I look for the beginning of a romantic relationship.
So like…could abled people stop doing this thing where they think helping us in a condescending and infantilizing way is cute? Cause I’m real tired. Just get me a ramp or lift and I’m cool. I don’t need a dating service when I’m just trying to go about my day
EVERYBODY, and I do mean E V E R Y B O D Y, deserves autonomy.
If there’s something hindering that for anybody, it reflects a huge failure for that society.
You might think your society is civilized, but if you’ve got people who cannot do ordinary things with autonomy because as a society you’ve chosen to exclude them and their needs, then you’re living in brutal, barbarish sad excuse of a “society”. How embarrassing to be that way in 2026. Yikes.
any arguement against bi women reclaiming dyke is willfully ignorant of not only how homophobes operate and the trauma that bi women face but also the history of the word itself and the impact and prescence of bi women, yes bi women, in the lesbian community. we have always and will always be sisters, allies, and lovers of lesbians, it’s time to empathize with our pain and stop tearing us down.
so many misguided metaphors around violence and desire. if the open maw of a panting beast fills you with the want to be devoured, that does not make you prey. while the rabbit trembles in fear, its deepest desire is to run. evolution demands it. in fact, the desire to be eaten does not make you any small animal at all.
Hey! Are you okay? 🩷 Can you do a new version of the bi dyke flag? And, you know anyone who could do a bi faggot flag?
Hi hi! I’m doing good, I’m definitely okay :)) Thank you for asking! How about you? Are you okay? <3
EEEEEE I would love to!!
Bi dyke flag new version made by yours truly:
Please note that I still adore the bi dyke flag made by @dykenotdeer , and the bi dyke flag by @awsteb , and I also loved making my own version for this request! :)) The more the merrier!
And for the other part of your ask; I have one recommendation: the a bi faggot flag made by @gendertreyf ! Looks great!
Circling back to my flag design! I am putting the colour choices /design choice, variations, and information under the cut! :))
Colours and why I used them:
There is pink, purple, and blue in this flag: those are bi colours! Also pink is a colour of same and similar gender attraction. And purple represents numerous aspects in this flag!
Purple is a colour that stands for so many different beautiful things! It’s associated with sapphicism, bisexuality, and resilience. For my flag design, it means all three! The numerous shades of purple also creates more contrast :))

Stripes meaning:
Symbols meaning:
Square version, in case anyone wants to make icons/pfps with it!
Muted / pastel version of the flag in case it caused eye strain for anyone!
Progress flag version!
Chaotic version!

I recently learned an old French euphemism for bisexuality. It means to be powered "by sail and steam," and it absolutely comes from a specific flavor of 19th-century ship.
HMS Terror and Erebus were bisexual, you heard it here first.
hi! I just discovered your blog and i think im in love lol... i only uncovered my butch identity recently, and being bi has always been really important to who i am, so seeing another transmasc bisexual butch out there living his life and making cool art and stuff is really really inspiring for me. i've had a hard time feeling like i fit into butch spaces as i'm neither a lesbian or a woman, and blogs like yours make that a little bit easier for me.
thank you and have a wonderful day!!
HI OH MY GOD i’m so sorry i havent replied to this yet, i didn’t get a notification for your ask at all lmaoo
Thank you so much for your kind words, they mean a lot! i’m so proud of you for discovering yourself and choosing to live and identity as a butch openly. It’s very difficult being butchfemme and bisexual sometimes, it invites a lot of hatred, confusion, exclusion and erasure from people who have no idea what the history of the label butch (and femme) even is.
Being visible, being open with our identities allows others like us to see that it’s ok to be who we are, and that’s one of the main reasons i refuse to let myself be bullied, harassed, or driven into silence or concealment. getting messages like this makes it all worth it, and showing other bisexual butchfemmes that we are valid and worthy and important within the queer community is why i do what i do.
Keep being you king, never give up on yourself and don’t let anyone tell you that you don’t deserve to take up space as the wonderful butch that you are, we need as many of us as we can get!
if you ever need support, butch community, or you just wanna talk my dms and asks are always open!
When we were children, my sister had private music lessons at her violin teacher’s house. I only visited there once, but I still remember that afternoon. The teacher had an artificial pond in her yard, a large beautiful thing with lily pads and plant life. And in the pond, there were goldfish. I had never seen such enormous goldfish.
I spent several minutes just staring at them (and trying to convince them to bite my fingers.) When my sister’s violin lesson ended, her teacher came out to the yard and explained that these goldfish were the same small creatures that were often unfortunately sold in plastic bags at state fairs. They were only about two inches long apiece, when she bought them and put them in the new, empty pond. In essence, they were like every goldfish I had seen before, but they had been given a much larger, much richer environment in which to flourish. As a result, they had grown into some of the most remarkable, vibrant creatures my twelve-year-old self had ever met with. All because of a pond.
Funny what lessons children remember. My sister doesn’t play the violin anymore, but that was the first time I caught a glimpse of the overwhelming extent to which it matters, the way the world treats us.
