I am once again trying to figure out if something is being foreshadowed in media or if I'm just projecting my own past experiences onto a character I already relate to

seriously though I can't find anyone else mentioning this (I'm 99.9% sure I didn't imagine it lol) was the blood stain that Abs pointed out on Henrik's shirt explained? Because if not then I feel like either a writer forgot to wrap up a minor plot point in the episode, or maybe this is going down the self harm route, which given what we know about Henrik's history, wouldn't surprise me. (but am I just being a plonker and missed something)

so I'm rewatching the episode, and right after Henrik has (what seems to be) a panic attack in the bathroom, he appears to head into a toilet cubicle whilst reaching into his suit jacket. I am now a solid 75% sure this is heading towards some kind of SH reveal next week. I will look very silly putting all this thought into it if not and I may well be wrong, but I really can't see it going any other way?? If this does turn out to be the case I'll be heartbroken (and triggered) but I can really see it being very in character for him. Idek.
