I don’t think Trinity is trying to get Langdon to out himself as an addict to the entire ER so much as she is trying, intentionally or not, to create a work environment so uncomfortable for Langdon that he leaves by his own volition. She feels she is in the right therefore she shouldn’t have to be the one that leaves, but she also never wanted to see him again. Because if it was just about having everyone know he was taking drugs from patients then Santos could have spread that information, even indirectly if Robby or someone else asked her to keep it quiet, and she didn’t. She said only 3 people knew, Robby, Langdon, and herself. Hell, Santos didn’t even report him herself. She doesn’t want Langdon to be pushed, I doubt that she would care that much, so long as he was gone
