I had the great privilege of seeing the mighty @converge a couple of weeks back at @templesfestival - one of the best sets I’ve ever seen them play (although I say this every time). Also took the opportunity to grab a Beast Of The Apocalypse shirt - great to see it in print. Thanks to @jbannon and my man @tombegley.

The Trouble With Centaurs:  So you know how colts can run almost right away after they’re born, but babies can’t even hold their own heads up for a long time? Yeaaaaah….

As part of a talk yesterday, I used one of my photos from Singapore to help demonstrate the problem with Feature Creep. These are air conditioning units on an ice cream factory. “Feature creep, creeping featurism or featuritis is the ongoing expansion or addition of new features in a product, such as in computer software. Extra features go beyond the basic function of the product and so can result in over-complication rather than simple design.” (source: Wikipedia.com)
