very silly lore LOL so in australia white ibises are called bin chickens bc they're like your typical stray bird getting into people's trash but they're still a beloved native species and the suburb i live in has a whole island just covered in them lol. i do miss home

He would’ve waited in the T3 pickup lane, but didn’t want to attract attention when he got up to greet the arrival from Perth he was waiting on properly. The slightest scrape of a trolley across the gungy concrete parking lot had his ears pricking up, so he practically stumbled out of the door when one finally loomed into the frame of his windshield, and a beaming smile under blond curls poked out from behind the red-blue-and-gold kitbag balancing on suitcases.
