Alright, real talk. Mentally, I’ve been doing really bad. It was part of the reason I moved out of AZ. Upon moving back, I was still depressed and I just chalked it up to moving back in with my mom after being on my own for 2 years. Shit with my father went south as I was planning to move back to Cali, so before I even moved back, I wanted to move away. Which made me jump on my next opportunity to live up in the east bay area. The change helped for a bit, but as time has been passing, I’ve only been getting worse. It got really bad this past week. I haven’t been this bad since high school. I got desperate to not feel the heavy feelings associated with my depression while also worrying about adult things. And I came to the conclusion that I need professional help. Only way I can do that is if I move back with my mom and let them try medication for me. I’ve been avoiding it since I was in high school, but I realised this thing isn’t going to go away and I really need to get this thing in control. I’m sorry I let shit get so bad like this.
