this could very well not have been you, but at the ripe age of ~9 in 2014ish, i went to an internet cat convention with my mom that was being hosted in some random part of LA. i was one of the only little kids there, possibly the Only one. they had a few other viral cats of the era there (i specifically remember they brought the keyboard cat on stage and threw his little shirt into the crowd like a rockstar), and while standing in line to meet grumpy cat and her owner, we crossed paths and you gave me a ton of free nyan cat swag, including a sticker i put on my old bike and a plushie that i still have to this day. i was TOLD by my mom (and all the advertisements for the event) that it was the creator of nyan cat, but i didnt think to verify that at age 9. so, i wanted to ask if you remember/if it was in fact you. if it was you, hi, that wound up being a core memory! if it wasn't you, this whole story is instantly 5x funnier.
