fun story: my mom is actually the one who made the sign. she was in town for our baby shower and we were laughing about the "no boys allowed" sign and she was like "wait, hold on," switched the letters around, and voila! son boy allowed.

she used to work at a university library. her job was mostly helping students learn how to access and utilize the online resources held by the library. she was helping a student get into their account once and needed to know their password. when the student told her the pw was "son boy allowed" my mom, who is not hip to queer meme culture, said, "oh! do you know my daughter?"

hmm i don't think it's why we are less interested but their interest is in direct correlation why long-time drucks stans are disinterested, this season, as much as it pains me to say, has a lot in common with wtfock seasons (though lbr it's still better and has more respect for their characters) so wtfock stans are more inclined to enjoy it since it is what they are used to while the rest of us criticized other remakes for exactly all this mess

it's so funny to me how druck stans have been accused by exactly those fans to be too negative and critical with other remakes and not holding druck to the same standard but now that we are evidently holding druck to the same, no actually to a higher standard even, these same ppl aren't happy either and are telling us to leave again? it's as if you just want us to not criticise seasons with a white queer love interest hmm interesting

like i just went through the tag and i honestly recognize maybe two or three people from the pre-s7 druck fandom still regularly posting about this season? the rest are either new or came from a dead remake
