middle: As for the Medicine Peddler from Mononoke cosplay, I would like to wear him on the Sunday of the Dokomi. Unfortunately I didnāt finish the sword on time, but finishing his kimono was a priority and it will mean less props to carry around during the day.

Bottom two photos unedited - To show my progress! Once my crown is finished, Iām done! Unfortunately this crown is too fragile and thin to travel safely so Iām making another with a light in it.
All thatās really left to do now is think about hair and makeup (Probably the part Iām the worst at. But Iām pleased with where I am) I couldnāt be more exited about Dokomi this year! Itās hurtling closer, hopefully Iāll meet it on time and Mairon will be ready for the ball.

With time closing in it looks like I wonāt have time to make a second costume for Dokomi this year. All that means is I get to pull out an old favourite costume
All you really need to know about the ball costumes is that the LEDs in the crowns are remote controlled. And they have three rainbow settings.

Ideally Iād like a second outfit for the convention. I wanted it to be simpler than the coat.... but I donāt know which to go with.
Iām cosplaying Mairon but Iām way more interested in designing clothes for Melkor tbh
Iād say Iām a little more than half of the way through the embroidery on the back of Maironās coat.
Thuringwethil and Gothmog were late additions and whilst it was tough to get a picture of Thu, Gothmog seems to be impossible.
