What colleges have you attended? Graduated? Far less.

Do you play in your daily life? What says “playtime” to you? It is absolutely not something I generally think about. I am definitely trying to be more intentional this year, and maybe playtime will be part of that? I think I need to spend more time playing with the kids. Like throwing things in the yard. playing card games and board games and stuff. But with some sort of reason.

What are your biggest challenges? I seriously struggle to find the time to do all the things I want to. It’s easy to blame like capitalism and the rush of modern lfe, but I still struggle to prioritise myself and my own wellebing sometimes. What makes you feel nostalgic? Like it is hard. Star Wars maybe. That sort of thing. I don’t know if I am a big one for nostalgia. Old cars maybe. Like cars that remind me of my Dad’s? But I don’t know if that is nostalgia or something else.

Is your life today what you pictured a year ago? This time last year I got offered a job. And then the offer was rescinded. So I started doing some study to pick up the qualification I needed. Then I dropped out. So now I’m just doing the same thing I was doing before.

I don’t know what other kids take to school, but our 90s white lady trapped in a 6yo body is taking an avocado wrap.

Are touring Europe together. That’s like that Big 4 of thrash show, but better because Melodeath>Megadeth.

I wish I’d never listened to knowledge fight so my wife could have a podcast where she explains episodes of knowledge fight to me in a knowledge fight type format where she is Dan and I’m Jordan but we are knowledge fighting knowledge fight. Could name it Data Battle.

What’s the first impression you want to give people? That I’m a hoopy frood I guess.

I wrote on the days running board that I would play a co-op game for an hour. Changed it to multiplayer before anyone noticed because I can tell you I don’t want to be playing overcooked for an hour.

There are too many left over hotdogs for me to eat on my own. Seriously though, I have food issues. I didn’t want to throw out some old donuts that had gone stale. That’s weird right? I didn’t grow up in like food poverty or anything , but boy am I weird about food waste. This is not ideal. Anyway, I think it surprises me when it happens because I’m generally better about it.

What book are you reading right now? I haven’t gotten through a fiction book in a while. This one is very good. I’m near the end. It’s about a country on the brink of civil war, where gods are both real, and illegal. There’s some really heavy stuff in the first couple of chapters, but nothing out of the ordinary for a fantasy novel set in a war. There is some positive representation of groups…

It’s in a whole other country, but here’s the thing. I’ve seen a lot about MCR playing the black parade in full, and yeah, that’s dope, but did you know Atreyu are doing the curse, and coheed and Cambria are doing Good Apollo I’m burning star IV (Volume 1 I assume.)

Volunteered to work next Saturday which means I would have had to be their negative 5 minutes ago. I’ve made a terrible mistake lol.

It’s clearly my duty to tell you that 1. The yellow v works with a shot of vodka. 2. If you drink it from a glass it looks enough like beer that the kids won’t pester you. Hope these tips work for you.

I’m going to try to work towards being clean-shaven. If I can maintain that for a couple of weeks I’m going to shave my head again. Let’s see how it goes. (I’m not going clean today, just going to tidy up my beard.)
