If nothing else, this video really makes you wonder what/if any sort of chance your stomach has against this beastly excuse for a burger. 

Bruce Springsteen truly is ‘The Boss’.

The Jersey rocker is notorious for putting on epically long concerts, and his sold-out show at the Los Angeles Sports Arena last week was no different.

Fully aware that it could turn out to be a late night Scott Glovsky and his 9-year-old son, Xabi, brought a sign with them. The sign read: 

"Bruce, I will be late to school tomorrow. Please sign my note :)."

And that’s exactly what Springsteen did.

"Dear Ms. Jackson," the 66-year-old singer's note read. "Xabi has been out very late rocking and rolling. Please excuse him if he is tardy!"

After the fireworks at the end of last season, the early signs for the 2016/17 MotoGP season suggest there is no sign of the animosity abating between Valentino Rossi and Marc Marquez. Jorge Lorenzo has shown no sign of letting up the blistering pace that saw him crowned champion, and an injury-free Pedrosa seems to be entering the new season with renewed vigour.

As most MotoGP fans will tell you, pre-season testing pace rarely equates to race pace, but it has been great to see the competitiveness of a variety different bikes at the Losail International Circuit in Qatar. As you would expect, for the most part the Yamahas have headed the timing charts. However, the Suzukis have been surprisingly quick, and the satellite Ducatis have even been clocking superior times to those of the factory team. Amazingly, the Hondas of Marquez and Pedrosa only really began to trouble the top order of the timing sheets at the final test of the close season in Doha. 

To a large extent the topsy-turvy nature of the testing sessions can begin to be explained by the fact that 2016 heralds a new era in MotoGP. With the tyre supplier switching from Bridgestone to Michelin, for the first time since 2009 all the teams are starting with zero knowledge. Not only has the tyre supplier changed, but the all-important electronics are now common across all the bikes. In a move aimed at both reducing costs and closing the gap between factory and satellite, the electronics will no longer provide the same performance cushion it has in previous years. 

In spite of these changes, the usual suspects remain the favourites to come good finish at the top of the standings. Lorenzo, Rossi, Marquez and Dani Pedrosa are likely to be the ones vying for the top three positions, but there is genuine optimism that 2016/17 will see the likes of Ducati and Suzuki regularly posing a serious challenge. 

Valentino Rossi and others have long bemoaned the amount of control lost to the riders by increasingly sophisticated electronics packages and in 2016 they seem to have been granted their wish. Who these changes will suit the most remains to be seen but with a supreme crop of riders and personalities in the sport, the ingredients to engineer closer racing being thrown into the mix along with some pretty heated personal rivalries, 2016/17 promises to be a cracking season of on track action.

As for who will come out on top, we will have to wait and see. But once again MotoGP promises to serve up one hell of a show.

Late last year, Eagles of Death Metal invited musicians to cover their Zipper Down (2015) song ‘I Love You All the Time’ as part of The Sweet Stuff Foundation's "Play It Forward" campaign, set up to aid victims of the November 2015 terrorist attacks in Paris. 

A few covers steadily began to emerge, and the band released the first wave of renditions through their website in December featuring versions from the likes of: Florence and the Machine, Savages and an excellent cover from Kings of Leon. 

A second instalment followed in January, featuring amongst others: Chelsea Wolfe, Liam Lynch and Nada Surf.

This month EODM have shared the latest wave of covers, including a high profile take from The Strokes' Fabrizio Moretti and Nick Valensi featuring Beck. While Elton John, Faster Pussycat, are among the others to contribute interpretations.

With all royalties from the performances going to charity all ‘I Love You All The Time’ covers to date can be found on EODM’s “Play It Forward” campaign’s Spotify playlist, as well as being available on the “Play it Forward” store and iTunes.

The promise of these key additional ingredients, exhibited brilliantly in the films horrifically hilarious trailer, has got everyone very f***ing excited about Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg teaming-up with Sony for Sausage Party. 

In a world where Toy Story - meets - Pineapple Express - meets - SAW, supermarket foodstuffs are sentient characters who desperately clamour to be taken home by shoppers. Little do they know of the peeling, chopping and endless other horrors that await them when they’re 'chosen'.

In the wake of the airing of the film’s red band trailer, Rogen described Sausage Party as:

“One sausage leading a group of supermarket products on a quest to discover the truth about their existence and what really happens when they become chosen to leave the grocery store” 

Amidst the crude humour Sausage Party offers some food for thought. In addition to being a film about our food, it is also a film that questions the existence of god – and the harm religion can breed.

Rogen said that the theological aspect of Sausage Party came into focus as he and Goldberg developed the project over eight years. 

“It’s so weird to say that about a movie where you just saw a turnip blow a radish”

And if that’s not enough wood for the fire, legendary composer Alan Menken (Aladdin) is set to handle the score.

The Film is still a work in progress with animation set to be completed in April and lighting effects expected to be polished off in May. 

With the release date yet to be confirmed Sausage Party is expected to be released in Summer 2016 and from what we’ve got to go on so far, there’s certainly plenty to get excited about.

Photographer Ana Hell portrays the human body in ways that can change the way we perceive it. She plays with unusual angles and wigs to break down normative representations of bodies. This results in images that are both playful and unsettling.

This series titled ‘Secret Friends’, sees Ana Hell manipulate the appearance of bodies to create these unique creatures. Each photo depicts people bent double with faces drawn on their backs with the subjects’ own spine and ribs often creating freakish contours. 

Adorned with hair and clothing and standing in ordinary day-to-day settings, these creatures resemble domestic gremlins with a dual ability of charming and disturbing their viewers.

"They only had five or six songs and were so broke they had to carry their guitars in laundry bags, and they’d get mixed up about what they were doing and start yelling at each other.

The songs were irresistible, even if they were about sniffing glue. It was all calculated, but at the same time they were total clowns. Joey was really animated. On Ramones, there’s tubular bells, pipe organ, sound effects, guitar and drum overdubs, double-tracked vocals. They sounded primitive and raw, but we used sophisticated techniques to achieve that.”
