Don’t leave your house before you survey your current wardrobe.

Don’t clear your schedule.

Don’t go hungry.

Don’t shop without a list.

Don’t be seduced by the price.

Don’t bring your lying friend who will tell you to buy everything plus the kitchen sink, but who doesn’t buy anything.

Don’t compete with the person next to you.

Don’t be selfish and buy just for yourself.

Don’t give yourself a blank check.

Joining a support group with others who… understand what you’re going through.

Acknowledging your grief can be a complicated process, but it’s necessary to confront your pain and give you hope… in your healing process. 

Talking with a therapist can help with areas in with you struggle.  

Surround yourself with people who will make you feel loved, supported, and not judged. 

 Volunteer in activities, helping others in need,unhappy feelings.
