Ok, this is going to be pretty especific. Nepeta Megido, with shoulder lenght hair (kinda messy) and red streaks. She wears a black coat with white dots with a bi pin. Her shirt is the normal leo sign but it's a little dirty. And if it's nothing already if her right hand appears she has a little bracelet that are in this order: red, yellow and green as last.
