Author’s Note: Sorry it has been a while since I gave my account attention. Been rather busy with being an adult, BUT! I am back and I am ready to write! Enjoy my little doves! :)

Snowflakes danced gracefully in the wind as darkness fell upon the surrounding hills, leaving the moon as the only source of light. An uneasy silence filled the brisk air as your feet trudged through the powdered snow. Being alone in the rugged wildness while war rages all over Westros was definitely not your cup of tea, but reaching Castle Black was your last hope.

On the twelfth day of your march, the familiar gates and walls of your last hope appeared in the distance. Your heart surged as you peered up from out of your hood. The Night’s Watch would surly take you in, even if you were a woman. It would be smart of them to hear what you had to say at least.

The gates towered over your small frame as you slowly approached the great ancient walls of the famous Castle Black. Men dressed in heavy furs lined the top, weapons at the ready and pointed at your direction.

“Halt,” one of the men shouted out, “state your business or be own your way.”

“I have urgent news of where the war stands. It involves one of your men, Jon Snow and his family,” you informed loudly over the strong winds that danced through your long hair.

The man gave your words some thought as he scratched his hair covered chin. If he said anything else to you, you didn’t hear it. In front of you, the ancient gates creaked and opened.

You took a hesitant step forward, knowing these men haven’t seen or been with a woman in a long time, but that didn’t matter now. All you needed now was Jon Snow.

After waiting for what seemed like forever, you heard yelling through the courtyard.

“Where is she,” the voice blurted.

Suddenly you saw a tall man similarly dressed in heavy furs just like his brothers, sporting long dark curly hair and a beard to match, rush into the courtyard before you. He looked so different, yet he seemed exactly the same as you remembered him.

You watched his face change when he finally spotted you. His features grew soft and a relieved smile spread across his face.

As you stood still, snow swirled within the gentle gusts of wind, collecting in your tangled locks, and you stared as Jon began to walk towards you. Then he started to jog. With arms extended, he crashed into you and pulled you into the biggest hugs you’ve ever received. You gladly returned the hug back.

He exhaled deeply next to your ear. “I’ve missed you so much.”

Tears became to form in your eyes. You knew you had to tell him about the horrible massacre, but you missed him so much and you didn’t to ruin the moment just yet.

A choked sob escaped from your lips and Jon pulled back to study your face.

“Y/n, what’s wrong? What’s happened?” His eyes grew large, full of worry and sadness.

You shook your head as tears began rolling down your cheeks. You couldn’t stop them now. “Jon,” you breathed as you peered up at his pleading face.

One, I think it’s over used and chiche. Two, it’s a romance that lasted three days and killed like, six people. Three, in one of the opening scenes Romeo was crying over Rosaline and then that night he declares he’s in love with Juliet. He’s a fuckboi tbh. 

I’m not saying that it doesn’t have some good parts, but I don’t tend to like it.
