I know I did genderfluid Al where the only people who realized are Nifty and Lucifer but I also think it would be SOOO funny if Everyone in the hotel knew about Alastor being genderfluid EXCEPT Lucifer as an appleradio plot with identity shenanigans.

Have Lucifer staying at the hotel after Dad Beat Dad, and the next morning Alastor's like "I used up all my masculinity yesterday I'm Mom today" and goes downstairs in a nice vintage dress and smokey eyes. Lucifer looks over and is like "Uh, who are you?"

And like. All activity in the lobby stops. Everyone turns to look at Lucifer. Because yeah Alastor's a little more dolled up but it is SO clearly Alastor. The king can NOT be this dumb.

Alastor: We literally met yesterday.

Lucifer: Nah, I think I would remember meeting that red loudspeaker's hot twin sister.

Charlie looks like she's about to speak up and correct her dad, but Alastor waves her off and is like "Yes... his twin sister... That's who I am, of course..."

And honestly Alastor isn't even thinking about identity shenanigans at this point, she just doesn't want to have to explain her identity to some guy she barely knows and certainly doesn't trust. Like, Lucifer doesn't need to know, let him think she's a pair of twins for the rest of his stay at the hotel, who cares?

Charlie and the others quietly decide to also keep their mouths shut because like... If Alastor doesn't want to out herself then THEY'RE not going to do it for her.

Anyways Alastor does, in fact, realize the hilarity of the situation later when it becomes clear that Lucifer not only finds her attractive but is purposely flirting with her in an attempt to piss off her "twin brother."

You know what would be kinda funny? If when Lucifer and Alastor are flirtingfighting after Vox captures Lucifer, Luci mentions something about Alastor's hot twin. And stalker Vox of course knows about Alastor's gender fluidity and Supports it (aka doesn't want to piss off people VoxTech supports all genders! Yes I said it stop poking me Velvette-) and he splutters and spills the beans. Alastor pouts, how dare Vox ruin his fun! Meanwhile Lucifer is blue screening over both the hot mean guy and the hot flirty girl not being twins, but the same person.

Not immediately related to the above, but Velvette definitely has a big lesbian crush on Alastor when she is feminine presenting right?

oh my gosh yessss Alastor's high key actually upset that Vox went and ruined it because he was genuinely having fun with the identity bs BUT at the same time the look on Lucifer's face as the realization sets in is, in fact, priceless, so maybe it's not TOO bad. He can work with this.

Meanwhile Lucifer's ears are ringing and he's retreated into his own mind as a wave of FURIOUS embarrassment sweeps over him because. Oh no he's actually said some REALLY dumb bullshit to Alastor's face regarding his "twin." For BOTH identities. He's told both identities that they should take after the other in some traits. IT'S THE SAME PERSON. ALL THOSE TRAITS BELONG TO THE SAME PERSON.

Alastor must have 100% been laughing at him mentally this ENTIRE TIME. FATHER STRIKE HIM DOWN HE CAN'T LIVE WITH THIS EMBARRASSMENT HE HAS TO DIE.

Then Lucifer gets lifted into the Torture Canon and he's like wait no, not like this, some other way to die please and thank you (like between Alastor's thighs WHO SAID THAT)

OH MY GOD YES HE IS DEFINITELY THINKING THAT. And when he climbs out of the cannon towards the end and is all loopy cuz of the pain, Lucifer definitely mentions Alastor's thighs. Something something those tickles were bad I beat Alastor's would feel nice. Something something Alastor stands over Lucifer as he is collapsed on the ground and Lucifer looks up. And up. (Wow he's tall. Wow those legs. Can Alastor just sit, that would make everything better. Those ears are adorable when they are going down like he's embarrassed and that blush is adorable-) And then Lucifer passes out. After saying all that out loud. To Alastor's face. Or well. To Alastor's legs.

Alastor has never really thought about sex or romance, but finds himself charmed by LuciferI mean eager to manipulate Lucifer this way. Ignore the blush. And the shadow with heart eyes. Who is now zipping around trying to gather up all the rubber ducks the king had thrown at them that Alastor definitely kept for nefarious purposes and not because they intrigued him! Not even the fire breathing one! Ignore the fact that one of them that shot out glitter was used to glitterfy all of Vox's important servers. And the fact that Alastor's shadow took pictures and now is trying to show them off to a hazy in-and-out of consciousness Lucifer.

God I need other people nearby to hear Lucifer's unhinged loopy thirst monologue too, Charlie Emily and Vaggi just looking on in the background being like 😶. Maybe it's even televised, if there's any drones left that were still recording. (Some people are calling Alastor a homewrecker, others are calling him a girlboss [which he is when he's a she], and some people are calling Lucifer an old pervert. The old pervert allegations grow by the day.)

Alastor is 100% planning to use this conversation to tease Lucifer SO BAD later. After he nurses him back to health at the hotel for, of course, manipulative reasons. Alastor on Lucifer's bed kicking his feet watching his shadow sort through the piles of ducks that it collected while Lucifer is barely conscious right next to him, tucked under the covers, wondering how he got here.
