Entirely Too Amused By Myself:

I was nominated by @rakugoka - awhile ago, and I just now noticed. Sorry 😂 Name: Heather Year in school: last When does the school year/next semester start for you: it started mid-August for us List three things you’re excited to learn about this year:
→ statistics: All of it. 
→ archaeological excavation: how to excavate properly and proper documentation/labeling/tags/charts etc. Honestly I'm so #blessed that my teeny tiny college has a partnership with the museum, it allows us Anthro students so many awesome opportunities. 
→ world prehistory: any prehistoric sites with bones honestly. All of it in general. Honestly I'm pumped for everything this semester except for my deadass geography class. List three academic goals for the upcoming semester: 
→ stay on top of my notes, studying, assignments and projects; to not let myself fall behind. 
→ pull all A's 
→ generally just do good. My boyfriend is so good to be paying our bills since the semester started so I wouldn't have to work at the golf course full time, and the 4 hours a week I'm at the LRC working is just enough to cover gas and snacks at school. So I wanna make him proud, and I wanna get accepted for my transfer next fall. How do you study best: 
→ sounds of light rain/piano from the ambiance mixer website thing
→ early morning/midday/early afternoon (while it's still sunshiny outside and I can look out the window. If I'm studying in the library between classes, I find a spot by the windows.)
→ the puppy asleep in the office with me. (In the early mornings she likes to run back and forth through the house and out into the yard, which is mega distracting, but once she wears herself out she likes to sleep in the office with me and I can focus.) Favourite study snack: → coffee/energy drink
→ beef jerky or trail mix I nominate: → @undergradadventures
