Ciao! Io per quest’anno sto usando un notebook A6 per scrivere i compiti (per sostituire il diario). In pratica sto usando una pagina per materia dove scrivo tutti i compiti da fare e per quale giorno, poi segno sul calendario mensile che ci sono compiti di questa o quella materia (ovviamente in modo abbreviato). Così quando devo farli, guardo il giorno e poi le pagine delle materie.

Quando la pagina di una materia finisce, ne incomincio una nuova :)

Per ora devo vedere se funziona e altrimenti dovrò modificare qualcosa.

(Continued..) anymore. I’ve even made my relationship fall out. He thinks that I’m uninterested and that all I want to do is sleep and that I never make time for him anymore. And I get why he would get frustrated. I want things to get better but I feel really helpless and hopeless

Hi, I’m really sorry that you are going through this bad period. Sometimes it’s really hard to be motivated and unfortunately it’s not easy to “fake” being so. I have gone through similar situations where I wished i felt something but instead I just felt empty and so I slept to let the time pass, to forget my problems.

I don’t know if there is an easy solution but in the end you just have to ask yourself why you feel like this, what are your problems and how you can fix it. Sometimes you just have to get up and do something. Take a shower, go walking… anything, just not stay in your bed even if it’s hard, even if you don’t want to. You have to force yourself and break this vicious circle, the first step is always the hardest but then it gets easier.

Or maybe you just have to rest, remember that you don’t have to be productive all the time. Also it’s not a sin to feel sad, negative or anxious. It’s normal, just because it’s summer you don’t have to be positive. Maybe you can watch a sad movie and cry a lot, crying is good… feel these emotions even if they are negative and know that you are alive. Life is sadness too.

And for your boyfriend, maybe he’ll understand if you tell him how you’re feeling. You don’t have to have an explanation of why you are like this, ask him just to be patient and let this period pass. Just be honest and if he loves you, he’ll try to be understanding.

Well, first you don’t need to buy cute supplies. I started with what I already had and I seriously didn’t care much about having cute pens etc as long as they were good. Just buy things you really like and/or are interested. I discovered the mildliners through the community and I bought them because I liked the colours (I love them except for the pastel pack). Same thing for the muji black gel pen, I had the chance to try it and I fell in love. (but I don’t think I’ll buy the other colours because I already have other pens).

Don’t feel pressured, just be yourself. You don’t have to stick to a certain “style”, it’s natural to change.

And you can also try to take photos with good lighting (cause other wise it’s hard for people to see) (and no it doesn’t mean super white pics because tbh that’s only achievable with editing xD). Some people like to use the same filter/editing style (like me), but it’s up to you.
