Why have I waited so long to speak with you about this? I can only surmise that it is due to things out of my control. I follow my heart, preparing to have the message ready everyday for whatever you may need as we continue "Becoming Today".

Every day is a promise. Every day is a gift. Every day holds the potential, to learn, to grow; to become amazed and blessed.  In fact every moment of every day is filled with limitless possibilities. Self Care is not a rationalization to become self indulgent. It is not an excuse to self medicate or escape from reality and most important Self-Care is NOT being selfish. Rather it's a step along our path to "Becoming Today".

Turning within, we can find our center. Balance. Ground and prepare to shift our momentum to the next level, moving both forward and upward. It is time to go within and focus on accountability both personally and as the groups we choose to associate with. It should be interesting and hopefully filled with growth and change. Do not let naysayers or well intentioned, but less “Becoming” individuals in your circles dissuade you. Do not deny the Truth, by listening to their fears or lack of understanding. Do not allow their emotional responses to rule your heart, mind and soul.
