Beautiful Juice

Jouz, Jouz, jouz! 

Jouz redemption!! LOL!

Yesterday I made this wonderful jouz but drank it down before I took a snap shot to share with you. 

Today, I made it again while saying "share B4 drink" to myself as I poured it up! LOL!

So, here it is!

Fuji apples, green apples, green pears and celery. simple and yummy too!

Using ugli fruit to make beautiful juice?

Yep! An Ugli fruit  is a tangelo from Jamaica. It was a little bitter so I only used half of it. Used it with oranges and parsley to make the juice on the right. Pretty good!

The perfect trifecta of alkaline sources on a cold, snow day!

1st: beet, pear, green apple and lemon. 

2nd: purple kale, fugi apple and ginger. 

Don't know if any of you:

1) have Type 1, LADA, or Type 2 diabetes

2) have folks in your families who have it now

3) have family members who have succumbed to it

4) just need to know more about it so that you can avoid it all together.

Experimenting today. Thought I'd add a red bell pepper to the mix. Was going to juice it with a green apple and dinosaur kale. However, looked at the beautiful color of the juice of red pepper and green apple and stopped there (the reddish orange one in the middle). Had to taste it! DELISH!!!!! 

The gold one on the left is fuji apple, red d'anjou pears and a kiwi. 

QUATRO JUGOS! 

Yep, its a four juice day!
