At work, on lunch, period has started but I couldn’t get out to check before because we were on lunches and ratios were tight. Achy. Cramps. Sniffy all day and feel the tingling of a sore throat. Child went home with chicken pox and I held his hand in the garden. I can’t remember if I’ve had it. Kids chucking sand everywhere. Will not listen to me. Weekend can’t come soon enough.

I managed to find something I was looking for in the store cupboard at work and I was so pleased with myself that when I came out I sing-songed to the little boy who had become my shadow: “Evie’s found an envelopeeee I’m so happyyyy”

Made a nice lunch for tomorrow (freshly cooked chicken and bacon mayo pitta bread) and it’s like. Well now work will be good :)

Also the gp has gotten back to me (over 3 months later) to offer me an appointment and the really stressful horrible thing hanging over my family for the last 8 months has finally reached its outcome. And we’ve got kofi balmer :)
