20:A song that has many meanings to you there are certain songs i've had in my rotation since i was in my early teens and as such they have been migratory blorbo songs for practically every fandom i've been in since that point. i could tell you the myriad associations i have with certain songs off paramore's brand new eyes (in fact i'd say that entire album is an example of this to me) but you would actually laugh your head off

6:A song that makes you want to dance in a very specific way, i have mentally envisioned an ENTIREEE tap break for sunshine (never trust anyone named jeanette) by boys go to jupiter (and elaborate staging for the entire rest of the song). unfortunately i don't know how to tap but i am delusionally confident that i'd be good at it if i tried because how different can it REALLY be from organ pedalling

i often think back to my days in deh fandom where someone trying to start beef with me referred to me as a “popular but belligerent” blogger. tbf they were right bc i genuinely was picking fights for fun in 2018 but still

yeahhhhh i do appreciate everyone being like “that was out of pocket and you could/should have been harsher” so i’m not dragging any of you who said that, it’s nice to be stood up for lol, but it’s very clear no matter how misguided that distress may or may not have been anon was legitimately upset and offended by what i said. and i don’t necessarily think that clapping back to hashtag End Them is the most helpful way to respond to somebody in that situation without them getting more defensive and upset, me clapping back harder in return, and so on and so forth ad infinitum. i’d rather at least try to do something to bring the conversation back to a productive place when the underlying breakdown in communication is that obviously dire, even if it makes it look like i’m rolling over for them yknow

my dad was a mega royalist and really into the history of the (british) royal family and she was actually really popular with the british public when she was queen consort! so she was a fave of his lol. he also explicitly told me multiple times that she famously aged really well and looked really young for her age throughout her life and he was like maybe you will take after her in that respect, which is a hilarious priority and may well be one of the gayest things he ever told me. but i’m 29 and still get ID’d weekly for energy drinks so lowkey maybe it worked

noooo yeah this is exactly how i feel about it, like frankly even if let’s say at some point in the future i DO turn around and go surprise guys, i actually AM trans, no way do i want to be starting that conversation/thought process with myself because of a random anonymous stranger reading into my joke response to another ask. especially when the nature of anons (and i knowwww that anon said oh you could have just ignored my ask but come on, none of us are sending anon asks to get ignored) means the only way i could respond would be publicly in front of all my followers. like idk, just not an appropriate time or place or channel for that type of conversation
