i think in the next halloween movie michael myers should have a pride pin on his outfit and its never addressed or acknowledged in the movie because the online discourse it would cause would be so funny it'd be everything from "does he even know what a sexuality is maybe he just likes colors", "welcome to the lgbt community mr myers", "its problematic to make him lgbt!!!", "maybe the pin was just on those clothes when he stole them" and "they've made michael myers woke"

children are the no.1 fan of alternative fashions. even beyond legitimate members of the subcultures. you'll never love your look more than some 9yo at the mall burning holes into your back with their stare while they build up the courage to tell you they like your spikes/frills/tattoos/etc.

on our way to brunch one sunday we passed a 8ish-y.o. kid who did a literal double take at my bestie in royal blue lipstick and blurted, "I LIKE YOUR MOUTH." compliments from kids are the best.

the most disorienting thing thats ever happened to me was when a linguistics major stopped in the middle of our conversation, looked me in the eye, and said, "you have a very interesting vernacular. were you on tumblr in 2014?" and i had to just stand there and process that one for a good ten seconds

I suggest changing that to: “I am invoking my right to remain silent. I am invoking my right to an attorney.” Current phrasing leaves too much room for you to get lawyer dogged.
