Youtube just recommend me Fall Out Boy to 80s music. This is probably one of the wildest things that has ever happened to me and Iâm so for it.

things we know about church by fall out boy
1. there were at least 2 demos and many different sets of lyrics
2. elisa (patrickâs wife) asked patrick âwould andy hurley really play that?â about a drum part on one of these demos, causing patrick to change it
3. patrick did not notice the âmr. stumpâ part until he was interviewed by rolling stone
4. the âmr. stumpâ part is said by Butch Walker (FOBâs producer), and is pitch-shifted to sound like a woman
5. Butch Walker came up with Peteâs bassline on the song, as he found the original to be boring
6. Patrick originally considered having the song in ž tempo, changing it to 4/4 later on
7. The original lyrics on one verse were âLife goes by so fast / You blink and you miss it / But all of my friends get messed up to make it go quicker / Mirror, mirror on the wall / I guess Iâm just like my father after allâ
8. Patrick says those lyrics were âwrongâ and âramblingâ, choosing to swap them for the lyrics we have today
