These first few posts will address what I perceive to be the foundation of approaching optimal health and wellness in life. Integration of Mind, body, and BioEnergy is incredibly important as they each are interdependent on one another and this wholistic approach, I believe will bring about the consistency that it takes to maintain a state of equilibrium. Let’s start with the mind - the thoughts that are constantly running in your mind will dictate your reality - so it’s important to take account and bring awareness to that inner dialogue - once you have a ratio or decent understand of your ideaology you’ll want to begin to operate from an awareness that will empower you to move towards optimisim and gratitude - this will bring about are more positive hormonal balance to the body which will envolé the process of progression, healing , and remaining motivated to continue to do so. Let’s also take account to the many guilty pleasures that maybe acting as a substitute for genuine positive emotions - let’s start with trying to condition the psyche to operate from a place of self generated love without the need for external validation.
