it IS queerbaiting through subtext, set design, and ambiguous actions. literally just open your eyes and look at the details. just because the context isn't spelled out in huge flashing letters doesn't mean it's not queerbaiting
i wrote an entire response and i realized at the very end that i don’t need to say all that because this is still the stupidest argument i’ve ever heard literaly only because every single other romantic thing in stranger things has been so obvious, including wills feelings for mike. literally every single time it has been so obvious immediately who had feelings for who and whatnot. because stranger things is not known for its hidden ambiguous actions and secret sneaky set design to hint at a random characters feelings. literally why would they only do that for mike and mike only and treat every other character and romance the exact same. makes no sense. these hints you talk abt are you guys hiveminding and deciding that it must be true like the duffer brothers are on some t swizzle shit.
