Scary scary stuff! Im shaking, shivering, shuddering, shrieking, ᴀɴᴅ ᴇᴠᴇɴ sʜʀɪɴᴋɪɴɢ! Im sure ill be able to compose more soundtracks in the future, but working on this soundtrack intermittently for the past 3-4 years was a very special feeling. Andy gave me an opportunity to make something really special, and now Im coming to terms with the facts: there is no more soundtrack to make. I, without a doubt in my own mind, had the most fun working on this game. If I were to have made an announcement video about the soundtrack being done it would've been me on a jetski getting manicure howling at the top of my lungs. Of course, that's way too time consuming to animate. I'd do it live action instead. But then after paying the camera guys, the sound guys, the trained stunt jetskiier, and the vfx artists (gotta have a cgi shark) and posting it to instagram reels, id sink in my chair and have the same strange feeling im feeling now. Grief. I already miss working on it. But, I'm sure ill find even more joy watching people discover it.
